The staff members were so friendly in here:) I met Matiah she is so nice to me & the medical center have Clean and fresh medical environment.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, and while not very busy the wait was way too long, however, the doctor was very helpful

I had nurse Courtney. She was fantastic giving me both Covid vaccines. I didn’t even feel it. You can tell she loves what she is doing and she is good at it. I had trouble with the receptionist the first time but the second time the lady was welcoming. What I must also point out is that they operate on time. Very rare for a medical centre. Please keep your appointments on time and cut those wait times down and you will be doing something unique. That could be your point of difference. We love efficiency. Thanks

Service was as good as it gets. Very happy with the way I was treated. I had been unable to get in with my normal doctor and on Thursday and Friday and by Saturday was in need of an urgent consultation. They got me in. Thanks.

Got seen straight away for the removal of my sons stitches (which were done at another after hours clinic) saw Shelby one of the nurses there, everything dealt with very fast & pleasant

First visit here. Staff were very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long. Dr Kristel was very caring and thorough. A great overall experience.

I have been attending this centre for sometime, and although a very busy and large centre, it is run efficiently from reception right through the many departments, including the great girls in pathology to the friendly pharmacy staff.

Dr Cortez has managed my complex medical conditions diligently, offering me exceptional patient care with treatments via the very professional caring nursing team, available at the centre. Dr Cortez had also arranged medical management from other caring staff in her absence to provide ongoing continuous care.

All documentation, reports and referrals done promptly and efficiently for greater patient care.

Reception staff always helpful and efficient and doctors are very caring. Convenient location with general practice, chemist, allied Heath, X-ray, bloods, skin clinic and more all under one roof. Undercover parking and a clean, bright, large waiting area make for a pleasant experience.

Dr Jay was incredibly helpful. The first GP I have seen in years which demonstrated deep empathy and professionalism. Thankyou.

We have been following Dr Miller for many years. Very professional, friendly and caring. He always looks after his patients. Primary Medical Centre Robina are very lucky to have him!

New to practice and am gradually getting to know staff and drs have found them to be friendly once they get to know you. Some doctors do need to let patients explain their situation clearly in stead of rushing. Also some are very unapproachable and judgemental.

When I need to go to a GP I try to get appointment with Dr Daniel Bartlett. He is the best GP I have had he always gives you the time to articulate your issues. And is always thorough in any investigations needed and giving medical advice.

Always helpful when booking in. Dr Jocelyn Gow is thorough in her diagnosis and very helpful in educating her patients. I am grateful for her expertise and experience.

I have been going here for the last 12 months and can highly recommend it. I have never had to wait for very long, and everything is under one roof.
