Doctor Caroline Vander Vlugt. Well for a female doctor she makes you feel very relaxed and she’s very friendly and I’m quite sure you can talk to her about almost anything related to female problems.
Would highly recommend her.

Dr Daniel Bartlett goes above and beyond. I love that I can go to one place as I have numerous medical conditions that require multiple services so I can go get my bloods done, scan done, get nurse to do injections and Bianca at the chemist downstairs also goes above and beyond. I have always felt looked after, is basically my second home lol

Very good experience. The only problem was that the receptionist stated Dr Miller was running on time, whereupon he was 30 mins late. It would have been beneficial if the receptionist would have informed us of this delay.

My Dr, Dr Gaw would have to be the best doctor I’ve ever had she is so kind and always looking after all my health needs

When I checked in at reception I should’ve been told that the doctor was running at least 45min late. Simple. It’s right there on the screen.
If it’s 10min, sure, I get it and I don’t really care. But if it’s 45min, I want to know. I can’t review the doctor because I left without seeing anyone.

I was seeing Dr Coleen for over 3 years she helped me through a difficult time. She was caring and listened to my problems.
I wish she would come back.

My doctor for the last 25 years recently retired and left the practice, i was devistated my medical history from 1995,45 to 72years old i felt my medical history worked out the door with him.i was offered a new G P in Dr PETER GILL, who after a few appointments has my confidence back and feel my fragile medical history has been restored Thank you Dr GILL and the staff of Robina Medical and Dental Mark Parsons

I took my 18 month old daughter to be reviewed for conjunctivitis, cough and fever. The doctor barely examined her (had a quick listen of her chest) and sent us away with scripts. 3 days later my daughters fever and cough symptoms had worsened so I took her to our regular GP and they confirmed she has a massive ear infection which the other doctor didn’t pick up on because he never examined her. Furthermore, he prescribed oral antibiotics for her eye infection which is unheard of and the antibiotics he prescribed was not one that is ever prescribed for a child (both the pharmacist and other GP told me this when I asked about the medication). I am very unhappy with the lack of care which has resulted in my daughter becoming more sick then she needed be.

I am very thankful for this clinic. Women’s Health is actually taken seriously especially with my Chronic Endometriosis. To all the Brilliant Working Staff, Doctors & Pharmacist.

Efficient, timely appointments. Reception staff polite and quick to serve.
Dr was as always on time, pleasant, very thorough in examination, listening and formulating a plan with clear concise steps to move forward.

So happy I found this practice. Everything about it is easy. Appointments, parking, staff. And Dr Alex Gill, well he is one of the first Drs I've seen in a long time who cares. And that means everything when you need answers. A rare compassionate gentleman. Thank you.:)

This is a great Medical Centre, 'a one-stop shop', so convenient. Receptionists today were helpful and pleasant, my Dr is always efficient & helpful, as was the Nurse.

The Robina Medical & Dental Centre would have to be one of the best centres for providing good, professional and caring service. From the minute you walk in you sense an attitude of a highly professional yet friendly attitude by staff to the needy folk who have an often serious cause to be there.the care of the medical staff is matched by the administration staff who go out of their way to accommodate the needs of your visit.

Doctor Jay Kotetcha, in my experience of going to doctor appointments, is the most accomodating and convivial medical professional I’ve ever had. I highly recommend people book their appointments with Doctor Jay Kotetcha as he’ll adroitly assist you with your ailments and concerns.

Hi! The doctors and other departments work great, that's why I have you 4 stars. Waiting on the telephone for 38 minutes without being able to speak to anybody, is disgusting. This is not the first time, that this did happened to me, no star here. You need to employ more staff to deal with this, you are opening departments without the resources to make an appointment. And please, don't tell me I should do this on line. I have my reasons to do this on the phone.

All the staff were very polite and respectful which made my visit really pleasant.

Really friendly staff, medical centres can be daunting sometimes, but here everybody is so easy going and it was a really chill and relaxed environment.

Receptionists were nice and accommodating.
Process is smooth and Matiah is very kind, gentle and helpful during our examination.

Dr Gill is A1, big downfall is that the phones are sometimes never answered. Ideal practice for a bulk bill, just wish they would hire more staff to run the phones
