53 Awful, unhelpful. Won’t even look at you when you are talking to them. I’ve just gone in tried to print some things on my USB. There’s a big line of customers trying to print things and the workers seem to be busy stacking shelves or tidying up behind their service counter to help.
Got told to use the self service and walked away. No customer service whatsoever. What a disgrace!
Hayley at officeworks Burleigh. I needed a lot of help. She was very busy but still took the time abs went over and above! Thanks very much Hayley, you’re a real credit to the company
Annoyingly they cannot print a few pages on the spot like other officeworks have done in the past. Makes the whole thing a lot longer, more tedious and some tasks it’s impossible to use self serve. Service has gone way downhill in comparison to other officeworks.
This store used to be good years ago. Now.not so. Never ever answer their phone when wanting to query a service or check a stock item. Where as Bigw always answer quickly and staff are helpful. We shop there mostly and avoid officeworks these days.
Always rude and unprofessional. Everyone looks grumpy. No one is willing to help until you go find someone and they reluctantly help you with the least amount of effort. I wish this Officeworks wasn't the closest to my work location. I put up with it but yeah, don't expect much when you walk in.
Absolutely rude! The duty Manager "Josh" demonstrated the worst customer service I have seen in a very good while. I was sold a broken piece of equipment and was treated with distained when I returned to swap for a new one. The rest of the staff members were courteous and helpful despite the guy who was supposed to be in charge. Very poor customer experience, SHAME!
Between 3 staff members, they couldn't manage to print an A5 document, over a period of literally 50min. No wonder this place has a 2.5 star rating. Exceptionally slow staff that are constantly confused. Unbelievable.
0 Stars until they figure out how to pick up their phones and learn what customer service is. We put in an order on the Officeworks website to be collected at Burleigh Officeworks and they claim that they have nothing in their system. Some skill in technology is much required also.
We won't be back and they don't deserve customers.
I arrived at this store today and was straight away assisted by JAMES
James was a great help and very polite and he even managed to get a chair and a Desk to fit into my car with quite a bit of manipulation.

Why are the phones NEVER answered? Do you even know you have phones, why have them then? Or if answered, they just hang up without even a word!
Worse Officeworks ever, very rude and unprofessional staff. Hayley’s customer service skills require an improvement to say the least, But that needs to taught by someone rather than Mary who sets a great example of a mediocre manager. Complete waste of an hour and a half of my time trying to print out some photos, and no one knows anything and no one gives a damn.
Tried to call the store several times, and just get hung up on, customer service doesn't seem to be a major concern with this shop, will go and order elsewhere.
They always have full priced items in their sale boxes, which brings a surprise at the checkout. Not to mention that I had to wait for 40 minutes for four photos to be printed going through self-service. The assistant didn't really know what's happening and to be honest wasn't in a hurry to solve the issue. As a result I got the order printed incorrectly and wait.no apologies were given.
