Went down Saturday morning for some advice and shopping. Connor was so helpful and obliging! I was very impressed by this high quality of service and I will be back for future purchases based on this experience.
I go there every week to print out my roster on a Sunday so it's never busy, I was just there. I ask Bridie to print my roster she says there's a 48 hour turn around so use the self printing machinrs I say I don't know how so you will have to show me. I go wait for her, finally she comes and goes through it step by step. I said this is illogical it's taking triple the time for you as she had explained they were so busy, makes no sense at all. There was another woman doing the same thing beside me.
A bald guy with a beard that works there comes up to me and says if you're going to be like that you won't get anything printed I said ok just print them Brodie tells me not to to speak to her like that and I'm supposed to say please. I ignore her of course. I get my papers and leave and said sorry for wasting your time and of course left my bank card there. There's no way I'm going back for it. I was going to buy other things there but sorry never going back again. She's done it before to me to maybe 2 months ago, exact same thing and of course no one there, they're not busy it's Sunday morning.
And just to top it off I left my bank card there, they can have it, already ordered a new one. No way I'm going back there
I was very fortunate to be served by Mia twice. She assisted me with printing and made the process so easy. I was having stressful day, she made it a pleasure. She's bright, happy and helpful. 5 stars to Mia!
Honestly can be hit & miss. Retail is a tough gig & I have seen some poor customer service here, but last 2 visits were faultless. So be polite & you should be fine
I’ve been coming here for years and Liz at the print shop has always been the loveliest person to deal with - makes getting printing for my cafe 100 times easier!
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU REQUIRE PRINTING (or any form of customer service). Do yourself a favour and drive over to robina instead!
Seriously save yourself the rudeness and pathetic service they provide.had to wait over a week to have 1 A4 document (1 page) printed and 'folded'. Print came back with faded lines throughout the ink and the tri fold was actually folded in the wrong spot and then again in the right spot. I got told "sorry the first shot we folded it wrong". So why wouldn't they reprint and fold in the correct place?
Customer service lacks majorly. Tonight I needed 1 document again printed on better quality paper (otherwise would have done self serve) and was told it couldn't be done on the spot or not even the same day due to them having 30 jobs ahead of me.maybe if there weren't 4 staff members chatting and mucking around by the pen aisle and only 1 staff member between print and regular counter they could get these 30 jobs done!
Wanted to get some printing done on A4 210 GSM, 1 sheet. Was told I need to book this in 48 hours ahead. Wouldn't have been such a negative experience if I wasn't served by an absolute Karen, who seemingly enjoyed delivering the news rather smugly. Not my first negative experience with this Officeworks. Worth the extra 15 minutes of driving to visit the Nerang store. Much friendlier staff.
I needed some plans transferred from my email to print and laminated. Elizabeth helped me through the process. I couldn't be happier with the service and product. Thank you, Elizabeth, for taking the time to help me.
I hope the kids who work here get a real job they are happy with & paid properly because judging by how they treat their customers they don't seem so. Also they could ditch the auto-printing that has too be explained.and go back to actually working for customers.
When I arrived on Tuesday morning, the store was still relatively quiet and there were not many people. I asked the clerk that I wanted to print a ID photo and she told me to wait for 2mins, tell me to try do it myself.and I tried to do it myself, but it still didn’t work. I waited for her to come and help me for nearly 30 minutes, and more and more people came in, but I was still there to wait, So I asked her again how long I would have to wait. She was standing in the counter behind me and didn’t want to help.waste my time. So, I left angrily. This isn't the first time I've been treated this badly at this place. Given the choice, I'd send a bomb instead of a star, because they don't deserve a star, they're colder than machines. Will not be coming back.
Absolutely nothing in store. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time. Shop online if you need anything.
Every time I have visited this office works the staff are unhelpful and not friendly. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I am a local who has been coming here for years, and I always dread visiting because I know that if I need help I won’t receive it, and always leave the store disheartened.
Emma was a lovely worker she clearly is wasted potential she was very good at putting stuff on the shelves looked lovely! Keep up the great work emma lots of love
Nathan in the computer section assisted in a professional and friendly manner. He took the time to listen and follow through with my problem. Highly recommended.
Where does one begin. One of the most worse customer experience received by staff. I strongly suggest if you want good customer experience go else where. Staff RUDE ABRUPT and SLOW.and that is putting it nicely. They don't even deserve the one.
Staff members on service counter lazy and rude when assistance requested to have photographs printed. Only for the employee Liz assisting I would have walked out. The young ones need customer training as we are the customers.
Avoid this shop staff are rude customer service is non exsistent they tell you to go wait in the aisle and someone will come and help you but no one ever turns up go across the road to big w same prices if not cheaper and better customer service
Zero start, they waste my 45 minutes and at the end staff told me that she can’t print paper. Unprofessional and inexperienced staff don’t know how to print. Staff was chatting a lot instead of working
There is a lady Lizzy in front desk. So rude and racist. She told us wait more than 30 minutes ven when its our turn and attended other people who was behind us. So disappointing.
