Office staff refused to print of a form for me. Said they were too busy but was 3 staff clearly doing nothing and not many printers printing online orders.

I would like to say, maddie was such a pleasant, helpful, informative young lady. Was such a positive experience. Thank you maddie.

What a fabulous experience I had today in this new shop. So many pens to choose from. The assistant 'Sheena ' was so lovely and helpful! Will definately be going back.

Office works Burleigh.management need to focus more on teaching their mostly junior staff "customer service".

Every time I've been into this store over the years (I'm a local so I'd say at least more 15 times) I've had at least 1, sometimes 2 staff members hover behind me through the WHOLE STORE like I was a shoplifter and they thought they were about to "catch me out".

It's the most uncomfortable feeling having someone follow you and watch you out of the corner of their eye.

I've had 2 other friends say they have the exact same experience at that store.

To the store managers,
How many people a day are your staff "catching out" shop lifting?
Maybe you should think about hiring store security if shoplifting is such an issue for your store and train your staff in "customer SERVICE". The job they are employed to do.
Just a thought.

Needs more printing machines as there was a bit of a line. Once you got to the front of the line it was fast and easy. Good prices and friendly staff, good quality printers and ink.

Disappointing online experience. They made a mistake with our online order, which is fine, these things happen, but the service given to fix the issue has been non-existent. I lodged a support ticket and got the typical response 'we have a high number of enquires so will be slow in responding'. Fair enough, so I wait patiently for 3 weeks without a responce before following it up. I lodge another support ticket and have now waited a total of 2 1/2 months without a response to either ticket. I get your busy but 2 1/2 months and counting without fixing my issue or attempting to contact me is too much.

Lots of things to choose from when you need something. Would have loved for more staff to help out when needed

I'm only giving one star because I can't give it zero. Customer service is non existent. Expect to wait around.

Looking for toshiba laptop charger after going to JB Hifi Pacfair. Customer service here was more than I expected and beyond. They helped and explained everything I needed to know. They were very attentive. I actually was very satisfied. Service does count "not just show an item and up to you to buy it. If your not
satisfied you contact manufacturer" no not in my books.

Absolutely ridiculous online ordering. They have no concept of time, pushing back delivery dates three times, and no communication whatsoever. Non apologetic and couldn’t give a toss. Please spend your money somewhere else, this place is a joke

3 times I have tried to print out my family xmas photo and failed for a variety of reasons. The 3rd time I received the text it was ready, went in to collect and luckily I looked at it before leaving the shop as there were all these lines in the photo caused by their printer. When I went to the desk, the lady informed that "the printer had being do it all day" Understandably furious I kept my cool during being told they would re-print and text me, could be a few days. Well Officeworks! Don't text some one in the first place to say their item is ready for collection when clearly your printer is not printing up to standard.

The staff are rude and legitimately hopeless. This must be the worst office works in Australia.

Rude not helpful. It's so painful having to go here out of necessity. No way it's sustainable to give that level of service in a place that's always busy making money. Someone new and with better customer support will come along soon I hope.

Manager very rude kept me waiting 30 min on purpose just to prove a point.
Terrible customer service and attitude

Pre-ordered and paid for a phone stock came to the store but no one bothered to tell me order arrived. Phones sold out no phone for me no approximate wait time for restocking. Won't be shopping Officeworks ever again.

Needed to buy office chair and asked gentlemen how I could get help getting the box to pay and to my car he said there is some trolleys I can use. I'm a small and petite female I can't lift heavy so to be told just grab a trolley was disappointing. The blonde lady at the front counter was also not very attentive either. Glad I don't have to use this store often. Won't be back.

I purchased postal boxes online for my business this was done at 8am on a Monday morning delivery was set for Wednesday morning, i called the store at 9am and was told that they had not arrived and that their tracking system was not showing when they would arrive! And that i must call their customer care number to find more information, i waited on line for over 30 minutes but nobody answered this is supposed to be their main number for all enquiries tracking information and customer care its a joke so still don't have a clue where my boxes are will have to cancel the order and go elsewhere

Needed some photos printed, from my phone & then laminated. No problem. The helpful friendly staff sorted it out in no time at all. Not expensive either. Can certainly recommend.

Don't waste your time shopping here. Most of the items on their website are only available for online orders and those few items that show as in stock for "store purchase" I intended to buy were sold out. A massive waste of time and awful treatment by the floor staff. What a joke, definitely never shopping here again.
