Sorry Myer, but where is your customer service staff? Walked in, I was after something but could not find one staff member.

I love Myer. I didn't buy anything as I had nothing to spend. But if I had the money I would have bought heaps of bonza clothing. Cheers Gray

Great looking & tidy store, great departments. So easy to find that special present, I got great specials on sale and big savings Nice atmosphere with quick service in the mornings if you wanna avoid the crowds

Returned item purchased with coles myer gift card when returned they said refund would be via a myers only gift card I had to insist before manager would refund on coles myer group gift card. Makes me want to avoid dealing wth them in future.

There were sale when I go there. I got Van Heusen shirt in half price, although I got it difficult to find my size. Stuffs helped me to find right size. But I found the trial room a bit messy.

No staff. Cannot believe how over worked the staff are. What has happened to the cosmetic department?

Lots of clearance items in clothing but mostly not very nice stuff. Goid range and good buys in homeware

We needed to exchange a Rodd & Gunn shirt that was a gift from NZ. Esty served us and went out of her way to provide the best customer service I have had at Myer for a long time. Thanks Esty

Nice clean layout and toilets. Staff are okay. There is a lady in the plus size section she is amazing at what she does.

Went shopping for a dress with and for my adult daughter. Jan gave excellent customer service above and beyond any other store we been to. Thank you Jan.

Now I'm a Myer girl (sorry David Jones) but sadly I'm more and more disappointed with this store's very limited range stock

Staff are really helpful but a better selection would be nice. Consistency among stores would be wonderful as Carindale carries The Ordinary brand but Garden City does not.

Tried calling through numerous times to check product availability as have had issues with website saying that stock is available when it has not been, nobody answers the phone and when I tried to go via a different department for assistance they said they couldn’t help me! Item I was looking for was $500+. Poor customer service, lost my business that's for sure.

Very slow service had to wait 10 mins for the girl to return the jewellery to the cabinet then we went over the 3 hour carpark by a few minutes and had to pay would like to see improved service for a change

I bought the 8 piece Advanced Anolon cookware set from here with the Boxing Day sales - I had seen the same set advertised with Kitchen Discount store for $100 less and Bridgett price matched without any issues and put the set aside for when I came in store. I was served by Ben in the appliance section and he was lovely and just topped off the entire experience. Thank you

Sorry but extremely poor service. Went to buy something in ladies wear and nobody to help waited 10 min for service and that was 10 min too long. Walked out and went to DJ's

I wanted to smell a perfume, the shop assistant left to get the key and did not bother to come back, she lost a sale yesterday of nealy $169.00

Once again I CANNOT get through to your toy department. Doesn't anyone answer the phone ffs!? What a HORRIBLE experience.

It's a really nice place with a good layout. But it is ridiculously expensive, I'm not paying $250 for a basic Christmas tree. But to each their own
