61 The staff here are so incredibly rude. I came in with my bridesmaids looking for a perfume for my wedding. As soon as we walked in, a woman at one of the fragrance desks glared at us and whispered to her colleague who then also glared at us. We walked over to one of the perfume desks and started looking at perfumes, we were followed by three staff. I ended up purchasing a perfume but as we left, we were again followed and glared at by several staff.
This was a horrible experience and I honestly should have just bought the perfume at David Jones because you don’t deserve customers.
Kim was so lovely in electrical and easy to deal with despite technical issues with the purchase.
Staff were friendly and helpful, when I had asked questions on where to find things within the store.
Found this shop was clean, plenty of stock range. No problems with getting assistance from the staff.
The guy helping us find a cologne was super helpful and gave great recommendations. He recommended a cologne I hadn’t seen before and I ended up getting it. Super happy with my purchase and the help he gave! Definitely coming back
Love Myers.but sometimes is a bit hit and miss with the staff.sometimes I'll need some assistance, other times, I'd like to just browse without being approached. I know, it's their job, and I've never had any problems, the staff are always helpful.

Seems be perpetually low on clothing stock. Good range of perfumes and kitchenware but other items just always looks on range and actual stock?
The customer service representative was lovely but had no idea about the products she was representing
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a store. The lady you had at your sunglasses section at 11.30am on Wednesday the 3rd of February 2021. I may not have looked like I was going to spend my money but 100% was there to buy some glasses and the manner in which she treated me ill be spending my money elsewhere.

Smaller Myer store that still has a great selection of goods. Stocks all your home and clothing needs that are very well priced. Always worth a visit.
Foad from the beauty department was extremely helpful and had amazing customer service. He really took the time to help find the perfect fragrance for me:)

Tall boy (I think his name was Ben) provided me with exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help me find the item I was after. I will definitely be returning to this store due to my positive experience with this staff member.
Like Elizabeth Arden products & the lady who helped me was nice & friendly & helpful. Not so much at Katser bras - no one there. I had to walk to a counter that you paid at to ask if I could try it on. Then had to walk to the other end of the store for a fitting room. It really isn't good enough when you need some assistance- you need people. More staff please Myers!
Wasn’t happy with the customer service, in the beauty department. I understand with the whole Covid-19 situation and with Myers policy they’re not allowed to colour match/test which is fair enough but I’m sure you can still give advice or suggestions. I wasn’t even given that! I was told it was up to me whichever I preferred and I was still pretty confused. Walked straight out of there! Sooo unhelpful!
Presented well but expensive brand of stores only value is sales. Some staff in women's fashion work for one brand and can't help you with another brand which is no longer one shop but a series of individual brands under one roof.
Very hard to find any one to help. Hard to find items as they pack a lot on to the racks. Lighting was full not inviting
