61The staff are helpful, and after running around the other shops it's nice to be looked after by knowledgeable sales people.
Not that I'm an expert, but this Myer is below expectations. Men's clothes department is small and lacking some of the lines other Myer stores have. I keep giving it another go because I live locally, but often end up driving to Carindale.
Visited Myer yesterday.
Dissatisfied with custom service. I have naturally very oily skin and needed specific things. The woman gave us options, we then left to decide what we wanted (this is at the clinique counter btw) We came back with skin care from Mecca, which was very obvious that she was unhappy and wanted the sale more than what suited the customer better. We confirmed that we were looking for BB cream. The woman serving us was very passive aggressive and wouldn’t listen to our opinion on the tone of BB cream. The woman continues to argue subtly to what we are saying. She puts product on my face and it SO aggressive when dabbing it in. I ended up leaving and getting all my makeup from Mecca. Waste of time entirely. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Young Shoe Dept staff too busy to be a good sales person, too busy talking to each other. No customer care, bright the mate to a shoe I was trying and just left.
I ordered a bag through click and collect. They did not take off a hard tag located inside the bag which I realised when I got home at night. I sent them an email regarding this matter. And I received a response from Agape saying 'I would advise taking it in store to have this removed. ' without any apology. I did not really expect this from Myer.
Extremely disappointed as we tried to buy a business shirt in store, but none of the barcodes on the item was in their system. After waiting about 15mins whilst the assistant tried to help us we were told that we can't buy the shirt.
How do you manage to talk to someone on the phone?
Every time I have been phoning up I get cut off don’t even get to speak with anyone that seems to be the same in all the stores

ANSWER YOUR PHONE! Called multiple times trying to see if you have things in stock however I’ve had to call carindale for the answer as you guys don’t know how to answer your phones. I’ve tried to call for the past half an hour. Poor customer service!
Visited Myer sunglass hut on 19/2. Took a while to get someone to help but when we found a staff member she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond.
Big fan of Myer. The visit was a quick one for a gift. I had already selected the item I wanted online but needed it quickly. The customer service assistant assisted me quickly and professionally.

Bought a product online 2 weeks ago, but parcel wasn't delivered properly (CouriersPlease postman simply threw the parcel over the fence and left on public ground). The parcel was later stolen! Rang Myer 3 times and refused to resend the order nor refund; putting the blame on me and telling me to deal with the police myself. VERY unhappy with the service! It's your responsibility to ensure product gets delivered to customer's hands rather than putting the blame on the customer! Thanks a lot now my family is without gift both to you and your IRRESPONSIBLE delivery partner (CouriersPlease)!
The gentleman at the perfume counter was so honest and guided me to my new favourite scent (I've been buying the same perfume for nearly 10 years) and I am so grateful I got served by him today. Its been 4 hours and I've already had so many compliments on how delicious I smell and I completely agree. Best customer service I've encountered in a long time.
Great shopping centre, car park is terrible but centre is good. Food eatery is good, easy to get around. Has all the stores you want.

I love perfumes Department! The staffs, customer services, and the important thing is, they always give me the perfume sample even i dont ask, unlike Myer in Toowoomba, i had to bargain so they could give me the sample.
Shocking customer service as usual. Thought they might improve their customer services over time, provide training to their staff but honestly it's not improving. Some of their staff are nice i must say but majority are shocking. Hope you train your staff to smile to the customer atleast. Also do we not pay enough money for your products that you have to charge 15c per bag? I know I can choose not to shop at Myer but atleast you should try to maintain your reputation.
On the electronic board it said that computers were on level 1 and when we got there, the was no sign of the computers. Update the item list people.
