After my question going through 3 staff members before I got an answer, which was not the answer I wanted to hear.

Bright, clean, easy to navigate. There's always someone to help show you where something is or explain a product to you.
Very hard to find what you are as all stock is pushed together. Hard to find where to pay even harder to find anyone to help.
Disappointed have been a customer since 1957 I have nearly as many shoes in my walk in robe at home. If you want to stand out do what you were famous for serve the customer (I worked in Melbourne in the late 50s in men's wear) learn from history.
Found what I wanted easily and it was on sale. The only negative was I had to try to find someone to put it through the register, as they were all busy elsewhere
Myer is of course one of Australia's oldest department stores and of a fine standard. Robin Meyer is no exception. Bright and classy it is a pleasure to shop here.

They were very helpful and changed my towels giving me the replacement ones at the sale price even though the sale was over.
Extremely poor customer service and poor selection of products. Very disappointed, will never return. Good luck competing with DJ’s!
