As with all Myer stores they look tired and everything is stuffed in and gives off bargain basement vibes. Needs a facelift and new focus.

Great clearance racks across men's and women's fashion. We always find great savings on lots of great brands. Kids section has great clearance too. Staff are hard to find but helpful.

Extremely rude lady in menswear. Sarah! She's clearly hates her job and should be pulled up on her behavior. The other staff are lovely.
Not helpful and rude. Not a great fit for the store at all. I will shop at another location or other shop from now on.

Disappointing that with the Click & Collect there is not an automatic reminder at 14 days (when everything is computerised) and that the 21 days is not clearly stated as our article was returned and refunded on the 21st day from email ready date.

Usually shop here as they carry certain brands. Definitely wouldn't go to this place for reasonable prices and certainly not customer service. The younger staff members tend be more friendly, while the older women this place employs are rude and impatient- they give off a vibe like they are doing customer's a favor when answering questions, and present this attitude where they think they are always right, everyone else is wrong.

Doesn't seem to have staff around when you need them and then when you find them, they're not friendly and helpful. That might be why they're not as busy as David Jones.

Advertise all these watch brands Tissot etc and nothing in stock, Seiko very limited have a 25%sale but nothing there waste of time.

The spacious Myer Robina, was surely quiet yesterday

Staff were helpful

I was thankfully able to find a comfortable 5xl jacket & the price was okay

Ordered two pairs of Converse sneakers. Size 10. Picked them up and they are size 8. Took them back and they have no other sizes and the system thinks they are a size 10. Myer have picked thei own size rather than the one on the box and shoe tongue. Really poor tetail experience.

I will never shop at a Myer store again.
Apart from having difficulty getting assistance, and poor product knowledge, the after sales service is terrible.
After many poor experiences I have decided enough is enough. Goodbye Myer.

Sales were good but trying to find staff to actually assist was the hardest part.

Men's section is so small and not a lot of stock.

Staff were helpful when we finally got to the check out.

Poor service mind.
I complained about poor service at dishes corner.
I haven't had any apologies yet from the lady who wrapping the dishes.
She was very unprofessional.
I am disappointed their customer skill.

Bought a $90 christmas item as a gift for somebody. The item was faulty but I couldn't find the receipt. It was clearly a Myer item with "Myer" written on it and an item that they had just sold out of but they were not going to do an exchange. I needed proof that I got it from Myer. It had Myer written on it and the staff knew the stock! Luckily the (really nice) lady that had served me originally happened to walk by and actually remembered us so we were able to do an exchange for something. What they had left wasn't as good but a gift card for the same value was not allowed to be issued according to the manager. The packaging for the new item looks second hand so this is a gift I'll need to give without a box. Just kind of seems rubbish when you a pay a premium to shop at Myer. They suggested that I put the Myer 1 app on my phone but I don't want to clog my phone memory up with an app just to buy stuff from one single store. I've spent a lot of money at Myer in the past but this palava has put me off the store now.

Such a bad customer experience. Returning my 3rd faulty belt and was given such a hard time to get exchange. Manager, Trudy, especially poor in customer service etiquette! Giving me (the customer) a difficult time when I am the one experiending difficulties with their product range (3rd belt that broke in 12 months, last one only lasted 5 months).

No apology but instead attitude: "you should stop getting the same belt, you're not getting any more points for the new belt, etc, etc. ". Basically got lectured and told off because it was difficult for them to do a manual exchange. Experience this at both Robina and Pac Fair locations so will take my business elsewhere.online cheaper anyways!
