This Myers is just like any other Myer store in Australia. I think that customer service lacks bigtime in these types of stores as its so hard to find someone for help or need questions answered by someone about a product or where it is. Personally I like myer cause of the quality of stock but tends to be over priced and I only go if there is a decent sale on.

Amazing lady Edi in woman's section of underwear, she was friendly, helpful and a pleasure in serving and fitting me to a tee. Made my day after always dreading finding things that fit me. Was very happy so I bought 3bras.

In the past 2 weeks we bought few Lacoste T-shirt for myself and few tops for my wife.
We returned one Lacoste T-shirt as one of them released so much color in the hand wash (normal water) that the water turned blue and it shrank too. Strangely, my other Lacoste T-Shirts bought from Lacoste Showroom (I am regular in the pacfair one) are perfectly fine with similar washing conditions.
With regards to my wife's clothes, we returned 2 and kept rest as she already wore them, Color issue was common with them too.

Went shopping for shirt on Friday, saw only 2 staff at registers on whole floor, paid for shirt going to be charged 15 cents for a non degradable plastic bag, way to go Myers, looking after environment, got home and staff hadn't removed security tag on shirt. So another hour's trip back to store.not impressed

Great experience. Staff member at counter went out of her way to assist with the items I was looking for.

I was purchasing Estée Lauder perfume for my mother and was pleasantly impressed the gift with purchase that was on offer. The freebie little kit was worth over $200!

Not a happy customer.
Security tag left on garment and the store doors don't go off when you walk out.
Maybe if they worked my garment would been checked and my paid for items tag removed.

You know, we now have the most lovely plates and crystal tumblers.

Very busy, no one attending the ladies jewellery & watch stall. Household also difficult to find an assistant.

Long term lover of Myers, but trying to find staff is like finding a needle in a haystack. Great range and sensible pricing.

I recently went to Myer at Robina to buy a Fitness tracker. There was only one staff member I could see, who was already helping someone, there was no one else around. I waited for ages to get some help but ended up leaving. Myer at Robina doesn't always have what I'm looking for or the staff to help, so I go to Myer at Pacific Fair instead.

I went to purchase some Prada Black cologne for myself and they didn't have any 100ml bottles left, only 50ml. This is not a problem for me as I am not an unreasonable person, however, when I went to purchase this item the cashier had to ask over for another lady. This second lady was extremely rude. Her name might be Anna (On my receipt it says Anna but I don't know which of the two ladies Anna is). Whatever the name, she was a slim, tall, blonde lady with glasses. She was EXTREMLY rude to me. It took her about 3 minutes to use my giftcard, and then when I handed her the rest in cash she scoffed and slowly unravelled the folded $50 note in my face. I understand that its annoying to hand over a folded note but when theres a customer who is keeping this dying business afloat you should probably shut up. After she did that, she proceeded to hand me the change in $5 notes, when there were higher notes in the till, and said "thanks for the 50". I hope this woman finds a real sense of humour or gets let go. Can't tell if she was trying to be funny, either way it came off rude and disrespectful. 1/10 would not buy again. Maybe David Jones has better staff and more stock.

Myer has the largest range and best quality goods available. A bit expensive for some things but you do get what you pay for.

Expensive but good quality and famous brands at one place. Given 3 star as staff behavior varies upon your appearance, one staff member just ignored me and took the item from my hand when I told her this item was far lot cheaper at another store. Instead of convincing me to buy and telling why is it on higher price tag, she just took the item and walked away.
