The gent came back saying sorry no newbies, here you can have this next to new quick release axle for FREE. WoW.
No wonder this bike shop has been here since I was a 10year old.

Well equipped store with friendly staff. Just came in for a real cheap handpump. Tried to sell me a good expensive one which wasn't really necessary in my case, I had to stress that fact 3 times before he showed me the cheaper option. Come in here if you know what you're looking for and value a high end customer experience.

Met Mike and the boys proffesionals customer service is exactly as I call great no push just help. I could tell the boys know exactly what they are doing I wish we live close. I recommend Mikes Bikes for service and quality products.

Mike’s Bikes is the best bike shop I’ve ever seen! Gary fixed my cracking noise which couldn’t be fixed by two different services before. The service they provided was very quick, professional and the price was very reasonable! I would really really recommend these guys!

I’ve used quite a few of the bike shops on the Gold Coast but none have ever provided the same level of service as these guys. They actually seem to care that you enjoy your riding and will go the extra mile to sort you out. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The staff here really care and really know their stuff. Both are rare in bike shops nowadays. I live on the coast and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for anything I need for my bikes.

Up here on holiday when my trusty old fixie got a flat. Staff pleasant and helpful, found me a tyre and tube to get me back on the road. Thanks Mike's Bikes. You are my new 'go to' bike shop on the GC.

Went in to buy a new tube for my bike tire, was met with great customer service and they even fit the new tube for me and bumped it up for a super cheap price. Would highly recommend.

Front wheel slightly bent, office/ shop very busy staff without referring to others advised would keep it & replaced the wheel with one of these.
Therefore service & initiative was & is excellent at the time.
