Best service ever with such an amazing Staff.
I drop my bike at 11 am, 30 min later my bike was ready to go. Both wheels done for really good price. Totally recommended 100%

My bike broke down a block from the shop, and even though I didn't buy it from there I wheeled it into the shop and one of the guys fixed it up for me on the spot. Absolute legends they had absolutely no reason to help to the level they did. Will definitely take my future business here.

Had the best experience purchasing a bike and all accessories from Mike’s Bikes. Joshua helped us and he was the most patient, helpful, knowledgeable and completely honest person and his customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. He helped me completely deck out my bike,
Installed, adjusted and made special little customizations all on the fly.
He looked after me on price and every single detail on how I wanted my bike.
Everyone told me they were amazing at Mikes Bikes and now I know why.
Definitely the place to go especially if you are new to riding like myself.

We come to the coast several times a year from Melbourne; this time for the first time i packed the bike and came away. Upon arrival, squeaky discs and other random issues. Dropped past Mikes, fixed within 10 minutes. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, awesome service.lots of bike shops in Melbourne could learn a thing or two. I will never go anywhere else, dont waste your time with anyone other than Mikes Bikes, thanks guys.

How good are Mike's Bikes? They are good and also moderately attractive. Bike riders who know their stuff and are stoked on bikes without taking themselves too seriously. Always stoked with their service and welcoming shop. Would also review highly on Strava xo

Mark was excellent in explaining everything to me, when it comes to the difference regarding prices and features for an Electric Bike. I loved going for a test ride. The experience was so great I purchased the bike on the spot. Happy Birthday to me.:)

The guys at the shop have always been super friendly and helpful.
They go out of their way.
I never wait long for service and they are amazing at educating you on all things bike related.

Absolutely brilliant service. Extremely reasonable pricing and great friendly staff. Being on holidays and hoping to take advantage of some spare time to get my riding back on track, I was devastated to blow a spoke. The staff understood my disappointment and got me back on the road without even missing a ride. I'm not local, so I can't support them on a regular basis, but I would recommend them to anyone, as that's the best service I've ever had from a bike shop.

Amazing service today. Replaced my tyre and bike stand as faulty and sending directly back to the supplier rather than charging me for it. Replaced for free. Fantastic, thanks guys. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great bike shop! Blew a tire on a Sunday afternoon. Mike’s was the only shop open. Had me back on the road in ten minutes. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Highly recommend these folks!
