Have to applaud those guys working above norm, taking time and even working after closing time, and on Sunday. My broken wheel was fixed within 30 minutes, even though they could have said to come tomorrow.

Just want to share a great experience with the team in the workshop today. I was a new customer, unknown to them, and I needed a quick turnaround because I am going on holiday tomorrow. Knowing workshops have bookings well in advance, I had low expectations. I couldn't have been more impressed with the friendly, prompt and helpful service. Thanks so much! Most appreciated.

I rang just after opening time to see about a new rear tyre for my old bike which I am riding for rehab of my knee. Yes, they could fix that today (Sunday) and they did. Great friendly service.

I have been here a couple of times and both times I have received excellent service. My bike tube popped. I tried to fix it myself and went to a couple of cheap big chain stores to buy a bike tube. I bought the correct size tube that matched my bike but they both weren’t sitting right with my bike tyre. Which made me think maybe my tyre broke. I ended up going into mikes bikes and they were so helpful. My tyre was fine it was actually the tubes that weren’t expanding enough to fit on my bike. They organised a new tube and fitted it to my bike wheel for me straight away.

Got my road bike serviced here yesterday. They did it in a few hours and charged me less than the quoted price. Staff were super friendly every time I went in and the service was great - my bike is riding like a dream! Will definitely be going back for everything bike related.

Josh was the man to go to. On point and super friendly customer service. Called up a week later for more advice, Josh remembered my bike and looked into how I could modified it. Excellent on price as well. Will be my regular bike shop from hence forth!

Mark and his team fixed a persistent creak in my Levo that another shop glossed over requiring a new part to be replaced in the engine enclosure. Well done guys!

Really pleased with the service from these guys. A happy bunch of people that aren't all about the sale, they just love bikes.

Booked a full service for $120, waited a week to get in, guys were very polite and accommodating. The bikes for sale are very fancy and I have an old bike which I love so it was a bit intimidating bringing my bike through but the guys were really good and made me feel special with a few encouraging words like ‘ does not matter how expensive your bike is’. It was my first time to get a service usually I do the business myself. On the day I went to book it in - here is a great example, the guy on the desk said bring it through, ok, took it to the back and the first thing they said was your grips are on back to front, he then said - hang on I can fix that right away, so switched the grips then quick adjusted my brake. I knew I was in the right spot. I booked the full service for 13th Nov. I arrived at 8 am. Mark took it in and asked how old it was, I said about 8 years, he quick looked at my chain and said this need to be replaced. I said ok and then he messaged my around 1130 for pick up. He changed out the mid bearings and the lot was $188, for me a good investment for something I ride every day. Thanks Mark. Bike rides like new, just have to keep the sand out.

Took the bike to the shop and got tubeless for a big race as soon as I got on the bike it started leaking and took it back they said it was all fine so a few months went by and I had problems everyday now I can’t use my bike any more because all the sealant has gone also had a few mates that got there bikes done a had a bad job done

Always five Star service from these guys. I desperately needed a part that nobody local to me stocks, I live just over the border in New South Wales and could not come up to Miami to visit the store. I phoned up, paid over the phone, these guys posted it down to me and I got it the next day. That’s the definition of great service, thanks so much guys.
