I walked in to make an appointment for a skin cancer check. But the attitude of the receptionist immediately turned me off. So am looking elsewhere.

I arrived 5-10 mins before my scheduled appointment. I waited over an hour to go in. There was no communication from the staff or anyone and I eventually went to the reception to check that there hadn't been a mistake with my booking. This has been a regular occurance the past few times I have visited and I am looking to change GP's as a result. It's a real shame because I love my doctor.

I arrived five minutes prior to my scheduled appointment this evening. Almost one hour later I was still waiting, with people yet to go in before me. Why only have one doctor on duty in the evening for pre-booked appointments when more staff are obviously required? May as well not open at all and save everyone the frustration and anxiety (which I could see on everyone's faces - except for the receptionist enjoying her cup of tea, or whatever it was). After the one hour mark I ended up going somewhere else and was seen to with no delay. Always had problems at this place - arrogant receptionists, etc. If you can avoid it, do. There are plenty of doctors up here, and plenty of better medical centres.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
The receptionist is a liar. After 2 hours watching walk ins go ahead of me had to be rushed to another medical practice. This place is opening itself up for major legal action.

Had a cyst removed from my scalp almost two weeks ago, when I went back one week ago to get stitches out I asked the doctor and nurse about the pain I was in. I was told it wasn’t normal to still be needing panadol, yet I was advised to wait and see how it goes. Also I had swelling to my forehead which can be normal however it went down to eye level which wasn’t so normal. When I told them it was too painful for me to even sleep I was told because it’s on the scalp it’s a different type of pain. They didn’t seem to listen to my concerns at all and could only offer a simple apology. One week later I have seen my GP who has said it’s infected and I now have a hole in my head. I would not reccommend this place. Aftercare was appalling.

Scheduled an appointment for an ear cleaning, on arrival I was told by the doctor that the nurse that does the ear cleaning wasn't in today and I should have checked that before hand.

Ridiculous to put the blame on the customer for not checking.

I have seeing Dr John Sakeld for the past 5 years. He is professional, thorough, and very engaged. His advice and care has always proved to be clinically effective. I highly recommend his services.
The new facility is world class, hygienic, and highly equiped!

Got in to see a Dr for my daughter on very short notice thanks to the helpful receptionist. Saw an experienced Dr who was professional and listened to my concerns. Highly recommended.

I had been a patient there for many years. Sadly tho after 2016 they went right down hill. I had a diagnosis that my Dr did not seem to want to help me with. Needles to say I went else where and now have great care and good advice once more.

Saw Dr Boni as emergency patient one Saturday morning over a year ago.
Being a male I've never seen a doctor unless desperate.
Dr Boni has had me checked for everything (except pregnancy)
Without a doubt the best care I've ever received from any Doctor before.

I just went in with a sick child and was met with such a rude receptionist. I have seen a dr here before who was lovely but I don’t understand why the medical staff have to be so rude when you’re there due to either being ill or having ill family members - a bit of empathy or help, or even just to be pleasant would be nice! We left, we’ll find somewhere else to go!

Receptionists did not seem interested at all in their jobs. When we spoke to them it seemed like we were disturbing them, not very welcoming at all. Quoted us $40 for our newborns first checkup. When we got to the end she said it was $90! This centre seem to care more about money than people. Would not Recommend

Thieves and Liars. Called up for a quote for a baby checkup and were quoted $40. Doctor talked A LOT then charged $90 for a "Long Consult" The Woman at reception was horrible, unhelpful and really didn't seem to care at all. Not at all what you would expect from a centre that's supposed to look after people. Avoid if possible there are plenty more around.

Dr Boni is a caring and compassionate doctor. She shows genuine interest in her patients and helps seek solutions for their concerns. A rare gem of a GP!

They have wonderful skin doctor and lovely nurses but stuff was rude and the Asian doctor extremely.

Don't waste your time! I had a general skin check with Daniella and she froze off some minor sun spots for cosmetic reasons but I ended up with 2nd degree burns and scars. Which are much worse than the original little spot of sun damage. When I phoned and mentioned I was concerned about my bad reaction and infection of the large blisters they said it will be fine, nothing to worry about and didn't ask to if I could come back in see the damage to my skin. No empathy or apology - Please find a doctor that cares!

The WORST medical centre I have ever been to! Had a blood test done, the nurse was twisting the needle round and round in my arm causing me pain and feeling faint because she couldn’t get any blood out. I told her to take the needle out of my arm multiple times and she wouldn’t listen until I demanded her to so I can leave. I come back to see doctor brown for results, sitting in room with door closed for half an hour and he couldn’t even tell me if I was positive or negative. He just sat there scrolling and gawking at me. After asking multiple times with no answer I asked him to print it off so I can just get my mum to look at it. Then his “paper jams” I had enough of this walked out to speak to the rude receptionist with no empathy. I will be going to a different clinic and having my results faxed over. The service I had here was absolutely disgusting and they should be fired!

The staff went to extreme lengths to help me out, one of the receptionist even gave me a courtesy call back to inform me about a particular outcome. The doctors are always busy and sometimes hard to get into but they are always willing to see you.
