Waited in waiting room for a while got called in just to be told I was a new patient they could not see me wast of time very poor service

Dr Sue Chupungco is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I went in for a self detected breast lump and she kept asking me "Is it cancer? " "Is it cancer? " for more than twice. Well you are the doctor so you tell me! Also why do you have to scare the hell out of me? Later I found another doctor who only touched and told me it's definitely benign and all good. So never go to this doctor!

Was a patient here for over 10 years. Went to another practice for the past 2 years and just tried to go back here. I get treated like a criminal who is abusing medication which I am taking for a legitimate medical condition. The medication I take is a standard S4 medication, it's not S8. They only have to look at my records to see I have never abused anything. It's disgraceful. I will be making a formal complaint to the IPN who they operate under.

Great practice, been going here since 2011 and all their doctors are great. Currently seeing Dr Shah and he is great!

Staff are great and friendly but Doctor Nic is the worst doctor I have ever been to, only seen him twice and doesnt listen to a word you say and seems like he is just trying to push patients through rather than actually listen to them and treat them properly, if you don’t believe me, go for a visit

Very good always helpful the only reason you have to wait is because arseoles just sit there and talk instead of getting in and out

Staff at front is lovely. Don’t waste your time seeing the doctors they are not helpful at all.

I wouldn't even rate this medical center a 1 star. Over an hour waiting period and this has become a regular for waiting time. Booked days in advance to not been able to be seen due to the length of waiting time.

Very happy with my visit today:) The reception staff were friendly and caring; the nurses were helpful and put me at ease; and Dr Liping Tian not only has a great sense of humour but also is a very skilled, professional, and 'hands on' doctor! Very tidy and very professional staff, always friendly and welcoming and willing to help. Very friendly and easy location close to public transport.

For circumcision of my son I came here, it was very nice experience with Dr. KHATRI who usually sits here every thursday. I would recommend Dr khatri for circumcision, he is highly professionaly but go with taking appointments.
