HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Had to wait an hour and a bit the first time and wasn’t taken seriously and was told to come back just to wait another half an hour twice! And was told there were still people before me, will never be coming back and absolutely do NOT RECCOMEND! Waste of time and are extremely careless and rude towards patients!

Absolutely ridiculous medical centre, I booked an appointment for 2: 50pm, I get a call at midday asking me to come in NOW because I haven't been there before, 3 hours earlier because I haven't been there before, and then don't help me out when you'se stuffed up, USELESS

Rude af receptionists was quick to cut me off about no appointments available after calling about an inquiry. The current GP I see is always running on his own time. You wait ages to see him just to go into his office for 2 minutes because he likes to rush his patients through but expects you to have time to book another appointment to see him about something that could’ve been done in that very appointment. Annoying service

Rude clinic, feel like you cannot ask anyone anything. Went in for an asthma review and a referral and the doctor said only one thing at a time and that he wasn’t going to help address the asthma prevention and find another GP. Didn’t address the referral either.

Terrible, terrible experience just from a phone call. Called for an appointment for my BABY and the receptionist was so rude and basically just a miserable cow! Would not go to this clinic purely off the phone interaction

The doctor I regularly visit is very abrupt, no bedside manner. Do not visit this medical centre. Having to make multiple bookings for something that can be organised in one appointment, a bit dodgy

Called the clinic just 5 minutes ago and spoke to the cold hearted receptionist Ravya. I told her I got covid and did not come to the clinic which I booked almost 2 weeks ago. Asked her if she can ask my doctor to change the dosage of her escript as it’s wrong. Ravya said I have to book another appointment. She is rude and doesn’t have any empathy at all to sick patients case, which is in my case, hypertension. She shouldn’t work there at all. So sad as previously the receptionist there are very helpful, but this one is bad

Would give 0 stars if I could. Receptionist needs to be replaced. I rang needing urgent medical attention & was rudely informed no new patients go elsewhere then hung up on. If a clinic isn't taking new patients, fine but don't be rude about it when someone is terrified & just needing some help & a kind voice. Doctors surgeries are meant to be empathetic even if they can't help but the lady on the front desk today needs to take a long hard look at herself & find a new job. I'm disgusted!

Used to be decent then I don't know what has happened but it's so bad now. The reception are horrible. They're so rude and it doesn't matter what time of the day it is. They'll still have an attitude towards patients. Only the nurses are great.

Worst medical practice I have ever been to. Unempathetic and uncaring doctors. When I expressed concerns I was told to find a different surgery. Absolutely disgusting service, if I could rate zero I would.

Thankful for the long term doctors and staff at this clinic who continue to look after my children's medical needs even though they lost Dr Brennan. A huge loss to his patients and no doubt the practice.

SOME of the doctors here are so lazy and don’t listen to what you say. I’ve been with this practice for a while and I am going to leave after today. Not happy with the doctor I saw today. I went to get a form filled out and on the form it said to be completed by medical practitioner. This doctor didn’t bother reading it and told me I had to fill it out myself. This form said it needed to be filled out by medical practitioner, RN or occupational health provider and I am none of those! That’s why I came to see him! He also said that they charge for this form as it’s not covered under Medicare. I have never heard about this and previous doctors have filled it out for me. I understand doctors are busy and are under a lot of stress but ffs please take the time to listen to your patient and read! He didn’t even fill my form out properly and now I have to take more time out of my day to see another GP who can actually do this properly. Overall poor GP clinic

My mother was seeing a doctor there, Doctor Tess Laminero. She was only really going in for scripts. That was fine.

However after my mothers memory began to deteriorate and we suspected early signs of dementia, her doctor told us we needed to take her to a geriatrician, and needed a blood test for the referral. We were told we could go to public or a private geriatrician, and that private would cost (She quoted us around $300 for an initial visit) but we would get seen a lot quicker. This was all fine too.

When we got back after the blood test, she began making the referral without any input from us. After I spoke up and said we would rather go public, because we were okay to wait and simply couldn't afford a private one not knowing how much it was going to cost after the initial appointment. She said "There is no public ones". I told her that she herself had told us there were public geriatricians at our appointment two days earlier. She said, and I quote. "Oh I wouldn't have said that". She continued making the private referral, and gave us a specific geriatrician to go to. She was strangely pushy about going to them (even calling me to give me an updated number), almost as if she had an agenda or knew them personally or something.

This visit left me frustrated and very much not wanting to return. We have been going to Waterford 7 Day Medical Centre, for around 6 months now, my mother has an appointment with a PUBLIC geriatrician next week. (Which is weird because according to Dr Laminero they don't exist?)

She has been really well looked after there, and our doctor checks in regularly to see how mum is, unlike Dr Laminero waiting for mum to come in to get scripts and asking a few questions.

I would not recommend this practice, as mentioned above Waterford 7 Day Medical Centre is great, or anywhere else is probably better.
