Logan Central Medical Centre

Have been going to this practice for years and have only seen 3 of their doctors (dr.sue, dr.chen and dr.teresa) dr sue and dr chen were wonderful doctors and took the time to diagnose me and very helpful. Dr. Teresa on the other hand was very rude and did not fill out my workers compensation certificate properly and when asked to tick a box on the form ubruplty snatched the piece of paper out of my hand. Will never ever be seeing her ever agin and will start booking ahead for Dr sue and Chen more. 5 STARS to the clinic. 0 STARS go to Teresa.

Today was my first time attending this Medical Centre, and I can say that my experience was a very professional one. Quick, to the point, in and out, and very helpful.

I hope that my experiences continue to be as fantastic as today's service was.

Receptionist had a very bad attitude. Not helpful at all, highly disappointing for a medical centre.

If you need a doctor, I suggest you do not go to Logan Central medical Center. Especially the lady doctors they are rude and abusive and not very helpful.

Very considerate and helpful staff. DR's very professional and take great consideration of a persons medical needs. No matter what stage of affairs.

We've been going to this medical centre for a few years now and overall have had a good experience. Some staff are a bit rude but they've not been there the whole time. There is a waiting time of around 30mins. (its funny that they always tell you to come 10mins earlier so you can wait for an extra 10mins)

Literally the worst of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. First time attending the centre, there were three ladies at the desk and not one acknowledged me as I stood there. I accidentally booked there again today, thought I had booked at my regular centre. Same thing happened, one lady was sitting at the desk didnt acknowledge me. Came out of my appointment and I asked if I needed to sign anything. She simply just shook her head.

This place is TERRIBLE. I've waited almost an hour past my appointment time to have the dr walk out half way through. All I need is a medical clearance. It would take 5mins. Why book appointments every 15mins if you know the wait will be 45mins+

I’ve been a lifetime patient with one of the Doctors at this clinic and have been denied to book in with this doctor only because I have not seen her in 3 years. Location has changed but when it comes to an important opinion I’m after the doctor who has known myself and my issues my entire life. Her opinion is the reason I was willing to book in and make the 1 plus our drive because when it comes to a flu shot or mild check ups why drive over an hour and a half but when it’s something in regards to my childhood medical issues which she knows about I can’t book in. Useless staff.

Do not see Dr Glenn Brennan I saw him for over sixteen years and so did my family. He never listens to his patients and he ignores your health symptoms. He delayed my medical treatment and caused me severe stress and pain. He mis diagnosed me and and ignored my plea for help. He also did this to my daughter as well with her medical condition. He doesn't refer you for treatment and help. I am still suffering after a year over pain and medical neglect and delayed surgeries. Thank God I changed Doctors in Feb 2020. He was so unprofessional towards myself and his conduct towards my daughter refusing to give her medical results, which resulted of no medical treatment or lack off. I would not recommend this doctor at all to anyone!

Throughout the 2 hour & 30min wait time for my appointment I was told multiple times that my appointment slot was “next” which carried on until I once again approached the front reception and had an extremely rude receptionist turn around and claim that “there was never an appointment booked” for myself.
Upon pulling up the confirmation of my booking, her mood completely changed & she claimed that patients “shouldn’t bother booking online & should just walk in”
The service and patient care of this facility is nothing less than appalling.

Beyond ridiculous.

Dr Nic Khanna is the worst doctor i have ever been too, went in 2 times on seperate occasions when i was sick, work required me to get medical clearence but he stated that doctors cant give them out.

He is full of it, went to an entirely new doctors, told them what was wrong with me and that i am now fit to work and gave me medical clearence no problem

Dont know about other doctors there but never go to nic khanna, didnt even mention how rude he was also

If you are a late start night shift worker and need a doctor certificate for work and only need it backdated for the night before forget it! This doctor wont do it other doctors will l. They obviously understand that you cant always get a doctor certificate for work at 9: 30 at night.

I booked an appointment for 4.10pm, came in half an hour early and got called in at 4.30 but I was only looked and checked for 10sec. NIC the doctor who I was seen didn't even seem to be there at all. Waiting for an hour to see someone who want to do his job properly but he just want to get over it and done. After he checked me he said nothing to be worrying about I need to have enough sleep, drink lots of water and just said good bye with his side turn around me. So one star for the doctor

The doctor was 1hour and 10min late. When I finely got in no " sorry for the water how can I help" the doctor said nothing like my time didn't matter, like it's normal to keep people waiting for over an hour.
I will never go back

I called up asking for an appointment in serious pain I informed I didn't have my medicare card on me but a photo and the lady working, shut me down immediately saying that they can't help me. And then hung up the phone. Look probably not gonna call them again. Rather go to some other place that actually has professional standards!

Desk staff are lovely! However the doctors themselves are always in a rush and just want your money. I went there for something serious and Dr. Nik just gave me drugs and told me to come back in 3 days as if I were a lab rat. Don't get me wrong, as a human he is nice but as a doctor it isn't professional. Ive gone to both private and public doctors and now understand why paying the money for private doctors is completely worth it.

Every time I have an appointment it's always a 40 minute wait what's the point of making an appointment!

I was a patient of Rachel Daniels until she finished at the practice. Now I'm trying to find a replacement. So far have seen Glenn Brennand and Dr Shah. Not completely happy with either. Glenn doesn't take the time to get to the nitty gritty. Dr Shah appears to be very abrupt. Yes the wait can be long when the doctor is good, as Rachel was. I usually had a three quarter of an hour wait, but perhaps the appointment schedule could be changed to include long appointments which might cut down on the wait. You can only get a standard appointment or skin check on the internet appointment thing.

Doctor Nick really is the worst doctor ever. We went into the practice for some serious medical issues and he just said "yep yep have this and that" and that's it. Ridiculous. This guy is just prescribing things without even talking to you about it. We we're literally with him for 2 minutes and walked out thinking is this guy serious? I would definitely recommend the practice get rid of Dr? Nick before it's to late for a client of yours. Do not go to him you have been warned.
