We've been really happy with the products and service we've received from the team at Betta Cannon Hill. We recently needed post purchase support for a product we bought 3 years ago and Steve went above and beyond to help us out. Amazing customer service and we can't thank him enough for resolving our issue. We will definitely shop here again.

Good price, ordered two items separately so it wouldn’t hold up my renos but they wouldn’t send them separately. I rang them to find out when they would be shipped and they said they’d just sold the last one (AFTER I had purchased it) and I had to wait for the next shipment. So it was quite delayed. I also didn’t get my $50 voucher and the store never called me back even though I contacted them a few times about this. I did speak to online customer service who did give me the voucher so that was great! Though they were the cheapest not sure I would buy through Betta again.

The whole team at Betta Electrical cannon Hill were fantastic, from the first contact they answered the phone quickly, they new all about the product on was looking for, (it isn't a common product) as it was a Sunday they needed to check with the supplier on the Monday and call me back. Yes they called back early Monday morning with the info, i ordered the product and it was a very competitive price. Well done for 5 star customer service something that is very lacking in many of the other industry players. If you require something electrical make sure you call Betta Cannon Hill first, great service and prices.

These guys went the extra mile when they couldn't source my new washing machine in a reasonable time and upgraded me to a better model to meet the agreed delivery date. They're completely great, I'll go with them every time.

Worst experience ever ordered upright stove and Samsung sound bar was told there was approximately 4 week wait stove arrived damaged sent back for replacement was supposed to be delivered on the Tuesday for me did not arrive I rang on the Wednesday stove had arrived in store but they never bothered to deliver it at this point I inquired how long my soundbar would be they were unsure and said would let me know they did not call me I called again to the store and they said it was in transit to the store and would call me when it had arrived a week passed by so I rang the store again only be to be told that it had arrived and they used it as a store display they said they would order me a new one this is on the Thursday and would deliver it to me on Tuesday Tuesday came my wife was waiting all day for delivery never turned up Wednesday my wife called the store to find out what was happening with the sound bar she was told they will find out and give her a call back Thursday came still no call back so my wife called the store yet again they said they will be sorting it out and give her a call to let her know the progress a couple of days past and no phone call back I called them and both the sales staff and the manager tried to blame Samsung for non delivery store manager basically tried to force me into a Soundbar that I didn't really want due to the fact he said he wouldn't have no idea when the Samsung one would arrive the soundbar I ended up getting is an extremely inferior and I do regret accepting the deal there was a price difference and with the difference I purchased a Chromecast as I had already paid for the soundbar most closest store did not have one so they said they were transfer from another store that was two days ago I still have not had a phone call with an update or whether it has arrived so I will have to call them once again so I am stuck now with a junk soundbar and still do not have my Chromecast they have the worst service I have ever come across in any retail environment and I will be advising all of my friends family and anyone who I talk to never to use them

To purchasers of Mitsubishi Air Conditioners: We recently purchased a Mitsubishi Electric air conditioner which promised a cash back on purchase. After purchasing, installing and submitting all the relevant documentation we were advised that because we are a business we were not eligible. In the advertising there was NO reference to businesses not being eligible. It is highly disappointing that Mitsubishi Electric, such a large and supposedly reputable company, made their advertising and special offers so deceptive. If you are purchasing a Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioner with an expectation for some form of 'cash back' I suggest that you beware as a buyer because you will probably never see your 'cash back'. I'm very disappointed in Mitsubishi. On a lighter note, the staff at Knudsens Betta Home Living at Cannon Hill, the retailer where we purchased the air conditioner, were very helpful. I give Knudsens Betta Home and Living 5 stars and Mitsubishi Electric 1 star for deciding their customers.
