Knudsen's Betta Home Living Cannon Hill - Electrical, Fridges and TVs

Purchased a TV 10 December and advised it would be transferred from another store but available to pick up within three days. Go back to collect a week later and it’s still not arrived. Told to come back the next week so did and again not there. Phoned today to make sure they have in stock - NO. Advised we could get a refund. Salesman tried to blame the transferring store. At no stage did they try and phone us the CUSTOMER to advise there had been issues. Lack of communication on the stores behalf has been unacceptable. Will never shop at this store again!

Steve and his team helped me replace Mum’s washing machine following the recent floods. We were able to organise a Fisher and Paykel at a great price, delivered, set up, and the old one taken away. In Mum’s words, they were “very kind men”. (Thanks Steve!) Support your local business!

Very disappointed, ordered a TV online, then store contacted me and advised the TV wasn’t in stock? Apparently, they don’t have live stock online. When requesting a refund, I was told they couldn’t tell me when it would be processed, not even an estimate on when they will give me my money back. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time with these people.

I purchased at UE boom in January and it still hasn't arrived despite the website saying there was stock with expected delivery within 3 to 5 days. I really wish the website has said out of stock as I would have purchased from office works and had a summer with music instead of a summer without. So disappointed. Still waiting.

Very impressed with the ease of ordering online and the prompt delivery of my Miele vacuum cleaner. A long delivery delay was anticipated but Joshua was able to source a vacuum cleaner for me. These guys were amazing! Super helpful and great to deal with. I ordered an item online for a relative's wedding and had to swap it due to an accidental double-up with another present. The guys were great about helping me swap it with something else and just truly lovely to do business with. Thanks team:)

Steve was very helpful and efficient - followed through on his promises and went the extra mile to make sure I had the quickest outcome possible. Delivery guys were great too. The only reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5 is a four day wait for my new washing machine as it was out of stock at the store (it was a catalogue item so I would expect plenty of stock). After a negative experience with the return of a fan a few years ago, I was hesitant to try again but very glad I did due to to the exceptional customer service from Steve.

Great experience with Josh from Betta Home and Living. He kept me informed the whole way, and he went above and beyond to get a fridge for me that was low in stock and got it to me quick. The delivery he organised was simple easy and with very professional drivers. Josh gives really good practical advice so you buy the right thing that suit’s your needs. I highly recommend Josh and this store. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them for more white goods or electronics even like computers etc.

I would like thank Steve from Knudsen's Betta Electrical Store @ Cannon Hill, Qld for his great& very helpful customer service. On more than one occasion Steve has been gone out of his way to deliver certain items to my address as I have just come out of hospital and still receiving daily medical attention at home. So being unable unable to get to the store Steve has gone over and above with great service to me and I would recommend as this has been a great service to me. I ordered a vacuum that was out of stock everywhere, and some how Chris managed to get that all sorted for me fast. He also would provide updates frequently so I knew exactly what was happening. Great customer service

I was looking for a specific F&P oven that wasn't on their website after shopping around a lot. I decided to give them a call and ask if they were able to get it as the NSW stores seemed to stock the model I wanted. When I requested a price I was given a price on par with the NSW Betta which for some reason were $1000-1500 cheaper than any price here in Brisbane. Very happy customer. Steve was so patient with me but helped me get what I needed. A brand new fridge! If you need to find a product come to Cannon Hill's Betta store. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't!
