Great experience with Josh from Betta Home and Living. He kept me informed the whole way, and he went above and beyond to get a fridge for me that was low in stock and got it to me quick. The delivery he organised was simple easy and with very professional drivers. Josh gives really good practical advice so you buy the right thing that suit’s your needs. I was looking for a specific F&P oven that wasn't on their website after shopping around a lot. I decided to give them a call and ask if they were able to get it as the NSW stores seemed to stock the model I wanted. When I requested a price I was given a price on par with the NSW Betta which for some reason were $1000-1500 cheaper than any price here in Brisbane. Very happy customer. The whole team at Betta Electrical cannon Hill were fantastic, from the first contact they answered the phone quickly, they new all about the product on was looking for, (it isn't a common product) as it was a Sunday they needed to check with the supplier on the Monday and call me back. Yes they called back early Monday morning with the info, i ordered the product and it was a very competitive price. Well done for 5 star customer service something that is very lacking in many of the other industry players.
