Wow! What an amazing place! We had a great time for our first experience. The grandkids loved it!

Had my daughter's 13th Birthday Party here. We did one of the teen packages and it was fantastic! The Party room alone was a big highlight. The staff took care of everything. I am considering having my birthday here.

Very very impressed with the whole place very well put together. Great service from staff and an excellent range of activities, however some of the food prices seemed a tad over the top for the adequate food served. If looking for party location or a fun couple of hours this is a great location.

Chosen to visit at the last minute, was able to get a lane and food was served directly to it. Saw so many staff attending to children's parties and walking around with smiles on their faces.made the visit so much more enjoyable!

A bit spendy but really worth it. The arcade upgrade is real cool, lots of different games including claw machines, strategy games, VR games, shooting, strongman, basketball hoops ect. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and always quickly resolve any issues.

Albsolute rip off, arcade machine didn't read my card, so uploaded more money. Suddly my credit doubled, addressed the staff and was dismissed, completly rude, very disappointed.

Busy place but very very well run. I was very positively surprised and even the coffee was nice Compliments to the staff who ran the show today. Was the first visit for my daughter to attend a birthday party and she very much loved it.

Came here for a date and had a wonderful experience. Staff were lovely and the lady who met us at the door was especially welcoming. Food was delicious and I will definitely be coming back.:)

Great service and so much fun for the whole family! Fair warning though, the arcade can become a bit addicting.

Fun activities laser tag, pool, table tennis, bowling an arcade and delicious food I recommend the burger

Would be nice if outside Carpark has some lights after 9pm considering it's location as well a better set up for the entertainment availability inside or perhaps a clear visibility board that show what's on?

Good location for groups, fun bowling, Lazer tag, game machines but the pool tables are terrible

Had such a great time here, bowling, awese arcade games (giant space invaders and Pac man where the best) and of course laser tag! Will be going back again for my birthday party for sure

Love coming here to catch up with friends and playing a few games of bowling.

Really like the new upgrade to the tablets. That you can order your food and drinks.

Would suggested that staff have a portable EFTPOS machine rather than walking off with my card.

Big suggestion! Get Coke not Pepsi. And Fanta instead of Sunkissed

The arcade area is brilliant. Heaps of games and great for a date night

I visited Kingpin this week with friends and family. Lovely atmosphere. Staff are friendly and food was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed our games of laser skirmish run by a staff member. I believe her name was Bree or Britt. This was our first time playing and we will be back in a heartbeat. Her knowledge of the game was outstanding and she helped everyone to a high standard. Her energy while explaining the rules to us was fantastic and the kids absolutely adore her. And want to go back. As I am a current teacher I’d like to applause this young lady for the standard she has set for us. Unfortunately we had someone else run our other game and I believe it is safe to say your other staff could learn a thing or two from this outstanding young lady. We will be back in no time. We love the new venue.

Too loud, too crowded, too much fun being had by everyone. Not really my scene nowadays. Just dropped in to wish my son a happy birthday.

Great place for a great time. Friendly staff, good food and drinks and fantastic atmosphere. Can't wait to go again.

First when i entered i felt its already closed as there were literally only 3-4 persons. Was not attended by anyone but later on when i explored full arena kids section i found 2 attendants, price for all games were expensive but place was super clean and organized. Had a game of bowling and enjoyed alot with my family, seating was super nice. I liked that they don’t charge additional for shoes. Balls were new and lanes were clear and clean. Worth spending money.

My grandson had a great time for his birthday as well as his friends. Thank you for creating this excellent experience for him and his friends
