Came into kingpin with the family to have a good time, and the lovely Kim made the experience fun and enjoyable, she is a good worker and need a pay rase

Kanan Pradahn, i believe was his name, really genuine and nice worker! Helped my kid find a good size vest for laser tag.

Beth hosted our son Jordan’s 10th birthday. Highly recommend her. Very attentive, nothing was too hard. Made sure all kids were involved.

Shout out to Soren who provides a very good customer service. Always smiling and greeting when coming in and out, very accomodating which makes the experience more enjoyable.

First people there when they opened, and they did not have a single size 11 men's shoe to use, in the entire place. Asked on of the employees who told me to look in the other racks where the other lanes are, which I had already done.
Managed to find a size 10, which was the only pair they had there and they were in awful condition. The reason I could squeeze into them is because they were torn and broken. Felt so gross wearing them.

The venue is nice and I enjoyed taking me neice there, but how can they not cater to the most average shoe size?
Went there with 5 others and myself and 3 of the other men who came with us, all struggled to find our shoe.size

Great place to hangout and play a couple of games of pool, Soren was great! Always smiling and welcoming.

Easy parking. Great venue with different arcade games. Pool tables and ten pin. Great atmosphere with awesome music.

Great place to kill time with the kids at the arcade with some good deals and everything is always wiped down

I had an amazing experience tonight at kingpin Townsville. With the help of Karlee, me and my family had a great time with her helpful service.

So much fun for the family. We just spent time at the arcade. Recommend the photo booth and the drumming game.

Its a very busy expensive venue. The lanes arnt always level and its hard to find shoes in your size sometimes. But the arcade area is the best in town so kids love it

Super fun place, start with a few games of bowling and spend the rest of the time at the gaming arcade!

Been waiting over 1 hour for 2 hotdogs even after they got sent to the wrong table and remaking them I'm still waiting what a joke.
Edit: eventually got the hotdogs a total of 1hr27mins wait time great games just expect a really long wait for the overpriced food

We booked tickets for the Dance of the Dead Concert for Halloween. We were told that for $60 we would get - Halloween drink worth $20, $20 food voucher, $50 to spend in the arcade, 1 activity, Free Halloween make-up, Live band Valued at $110. Sounds too good to be true. It was. Upon arrival at 6pm when it started, we asked a staff member where we go to get the Halloween make-up. The staff member was quite surprised and said she has already finished for the night, she only did the staffs make-up. First disappointment. We decided to do our free activity first of bowling and got assigned to a lane. Whilst setting up, I went to the bar to order our free drink while it was quiet. One staff member was taking people's orders while 2 staff were making the drinks. I placed my order for the cocktails but she wouldn't take any other drink orders and told me to use the app as it would be faster or to join the end of the line. After waiting over half an hour for our drinks whilst playing bowling, no drinks came. I went back to follow up and the same staff member was quite rude and short and said she would get the drinks to us. I asked another staff member for some water, was refused and told to go to the end of the line or again use the app. This was a licenced venue serving alcohol at an 18+ event, I was really shocked that we were refused water, had to either line up for over half an hour to just get a glass or pay $4 in the app for a bottle. Another patron who provided ID at the bar was told it wasn't necessary as they had already been checked on arrival and he advised no one checked his ID. The same went for us. No one checked that anyone was over 18.

As per responsible service of alcohol, i asked if they had any intention of making water available for patrons and they said no. By now, we had already finished our game of bowling, which was only a half game rather than what was advertised, so we got 5 turns each. After over an hour, and us now sitting at a table and having complained several times about our drinks that were ordered just after 6.30, we received our cocktails that were only half filled and definitely not worth $20. There was no non alcoholic version or softdrink for my friend who doesn't drink. We then decided to try our luck ordering drinks through the app. They never came. We again complained and followed up with staff to get drinks and when they did bring the drinks out, one of them was wrong. We then tried ordering our food before we could go to the arcade, and remained at our table while we waited for food. One order arrived quite fast, then nothing. Around 9pm we were told the app had gone down and all orders would need to be reordered. At this point we had been waiting an hour for our food and our friend had finished his long ago. We flagged a staff member, advised that we had ordered long before the app crashed and still had no food. She followed up and advised they didn't have our order (we provided screenshots to prove it had been sent) and she took down all our orders again. One if us stayed waiting for food at the table while the others went to the arcade to try have some fun. After about another half an hour, I received a call from someone saying they were from kingpin and where was I. I advised I was still sitting at the table I ordered from. She then came to the table with our food and proceeded to blame us for our food being late because we had moved! She said you moved from your lane (the one we left over 2 hours ago and ne er ordered from). I advised her we had not moved from this spot, had ordered from this table and provided the number when we reordered with their staff. They also called my friend and accused her of the same. When her food arrived last, it was wrong and an additional burger that none of us had ordered came with it. This was nearly 10pm at this point and we had spent a majority of the event seated waiting on staff and orders. We had enough, our friend was furious and we went home early.

Had such a great night, couldn’t have gotten any better to be honest, big shoutout to Patty, Zoey and Connor, you guys really made our night! Thank you:)

Came here with my partner for a night of pool, bowling and some drinks. Ended up having a great night out, service was excellent. Thank you Kim, zac, sean, and soren your great service couldn’t have done it any better myself.

The service here is always 110% nothing is ever to much for them they explain all the deals etc. Each staff member has a smile and are just wonderful.

Forget the nightclubs, kingpin is the best place to go for a fun night out. Their cocktails are *chef's kiss* and the staff are fun and friendly. Staff members Soren and Zac have excellent customer service skills.
