Kingpin is an amazing place to have fun, and the staff there are really funny as well, food is alright as well

I honestly loved going to kingpin.

Not this time…. The food prices are ridiculous. $9 for a cup of chips. Like literally 20 chips…. They advertise all over the place a mega sundae however it no longer exists. They wouldn’t even heat up my babies bottle. They said it’s a health issue…. Like 40 seconds is going to be a hazard.

I remember the food use to be huge and value for money. Honestly it’s not worth the $$$. Save it for a maccas feed or something.

I come from Roma, my family had my grandson Braith's 11th birthday party here, Harper and his staff members where very lovely, helpful, friendly, eager to do anything for us, food was great.
I would recommend to anyone.
Its a great place to have any occasion.

Just had our Christmas party and it was great. All staff were great, games were awesome, food and drinks are great. Will be back.

We spent $338.00 on 2 games for 6 people and some drinks and food. So not the cheapest activity for a family for 2 hours.
Great atmosphere but the service was very disappointing and impacted on the fun of the game.
We ordered 3 Rhubarb & mandarin spritz ($22 each) & were given what we think was a mandarin Spritz. On returning the drinks as they were wrong we were given what tasted like red cordial flavoured soda water. We also ordered 2 bowls of chips ($20) and only received one after 30 minutes. After asking staff multiple times we gave up after 45 minutes and asked for a refund for the second bowl. If you just want spend alot of money on bowling then it is ok. However, I would not recommend getting food or any of their special beverages and suggest eating elsewhere before or after you go there.

Alyshia had great service, great hospitality. Fast and efficient, I highly recommend her. She deserves a raise.

Be very careful at Kingpin and keep a track of your balance. If you walk too close to a machine it takes your credit. This has happened several times to us and now staff have confirmed it.

Really enjoyed the experience here but we did observe incorrect readings to our scores and the pins down.
Overall, price for two games were reasonable, food and alcohol were sold on the premises.
Premises in the gaming area were clean and spacious.
Their amenities were atrocious with no toilet paper in some stalls and one had used bandaids on the floor.
Other than that we had a great night out bowling and playing table tennis.
It was good to see security working as the team beside us were a little too intoxicated for bowling.
Well done team.

What an amazing place to have a work function - with kids or not! We experienced the best service, a fantastic function room and out-of-this-world food. Everyone at Kingpin, from the Business Development Team (shout out to Febyola!) to the management (Hey Marco!) and the wait staff (sorry I didn't get your names but you were amazing too!) we were treated like royalty and will most definitely be coming back for me. Thank you so much Team!

Kids loved it, friendly staff, decent food and drinks selection.
Only negative is the Arcade games are pretty expensive.
