Went at 9.30pm for a 3piece meal was dry and old was charged full price won't be going back there

Very disappointed with the service! Staff couldn’t get the order right and when we told them we were missing items the girl behind the counter started to roll her eyes at us and make faces! Wont be back there again

2 things, 1: The service - I went through the drive through, the young girl who served me did not smile, did not say good evening or hi, did not say thank you and or have a good night after giving me my meal etc and with a smile, she never said anything from start to finish.she made it very clear she wasn't happy, did not want to be there or whatever, and did not care one iota, she was very unwelcoming. If I get her again and she disrespects me and makes me feel I shouldn't have gone there, I will say something to her and I will not go there again, I'll go where the service is with a smile and respect. 2: I ordered 2 3 piece chicken meals and in one of them, I got 3 chicken wings, shouldn't we get one of each section in one meal, or if we get 3 of the same shouldn't it be with the bigger more favorable sections? But 3 small sections like wings is not quite right nor fair, unless the meal was free of course, but if we are paying for it, we should get fair portions. On a food itself point though, it's excellent, no issues here at all.

Wrong food supplied as different to order, staff not very attentive or concerned when they made a mistake.

How hard is it to get an order right! Waited for our drink, another customer had to remind them we were still waiting yet she then said to me they were waiting for our food to do it so it didn't melt yet I already Had our food, then I had to go back to get missing chips and coleslaw! Food was dry not enjoyable at all, My 13yr old could do better!

Dirty place. Not pleasant place to eat something. 6 or 7 people working but no one here to give even a quick wipe. Disgusting

It's 330pm nearly empty 6 people working and I'm still standing in line 10mins later. The food better be nice

Some staff were very friendly and helpful, but some were rude. Food was okay, however we has to request that they fill up the chips box - it came only half full.

Have there moments Tuesday night and Sunday night they are painfully slow not enough staff to look after there customers

Ordered Chicken Tenders and supplied chips. Order was placed on their KFC App, double checked from my end everything was right. This store is so careless so far three times messing up my order.

2 times; ordered h/s but got original. I checked my meal in the car and they said they can't replace it because it's been taken away from the counter. Next time check in front of them, make them feel useless: -/

Staff not very responsive, have to ask for tissues for take away.long waiting. End up didn't give spoons for gravy take away, kids have to eat with straws.

They got my order wrong and ran out of chicken. Then the manager got cranky when i wouldnt accept their attempt at replacing it with a lesser product that they had left over. Then she got even crankier when i asked for a refund. Usually they are okay

Your service is terrible. Staff just wandering around like zombies talking while the customer line builds up. What wrong? Where is the management?

I usually get a large original tenders box as a treat here every fortnight. The staff are nice and the small girl that usually constructs the orders always wishes me a good day. Besides that, I have no complaints, so five stars.:)

Worst ever.baught a large meal got a regular.chips were hard as a rock potato and gravy was dry and horrible.burger tasted like the chicken wasnt cooked and my chicken piece was also dry and horrible everything went in the bin thanks for the $20 drink.lucky i got a pop corn chicken atleast i got to eat something

For the 6th time in a row visiting this store I was once again told the crusher machine is out of order perhaps if it won't work reliably take them off the menu to save disappointment very frustrating

Service is extremely rude especially the girls! Hopefully next time when you hand a bottle of water you do it properly, not throw it! They need to smile more too. 1.8 rating is about right!

Just ordered a meal from there, the staff was very polite and respectful especially 2 of the younger boys - was a very pleasant experience so good on those 2 boys in particular and the burger was good, if I had to add anything I'd just say they could have filled up the chips a bit more. They were busy but it was still just an average wait time so can't complain about that:)

Staff aren't friendly and I brought a large chips which was only half full without eating any. Not worth giving them any business
