KFC Grand Plaza Food Court

I sometimes come here, but i realised that I've never left a review. My experience today however compelled me to.

I wanted something small to eat. I didn't feel like nuggets or popcorn chicken. As i approached i saw an advert for a new menu item (I'm unsure if it's a promotion or intended for the long term). The item was a hot and crispy boneless chicken (basically small hot and spicy chicken without bones). I ate them and i fell in love.

Quite apart from that, the speed of service was lightning fast despite there being at least 5 people who ordered before me, my order was ready within 2 minutes. Very prompt service. I was impressed. In addition, the staff were well presented in clean uniforms. I was greeted kindly. I enjoyed the experience.

As mentioned above, I've been here before, and I've always had good experiences. Around lunchtime the service does slow down a bit with the weight of the vast amount of customers, but overall, that's to be expected.

Lovely customer service, and food was speedy and fresh.presentation was beautiful and every employee i talked to was friendly.

The line is always long and the speed of every KFC is a lot slower than you would hope for, but it is made a lot smoother with the ability to order ahead via the app.

It's also a great idea to leave them a review via their feedback system and be rewarded with free chips and a drink.

Would have to be one of the best kfcs I have been too. The food is always fresh. Other kfc should learn from these guys.

Great place to get a quick bite to eat on your lunch break, located in grand plaza with heaps of parking.

KFC is KFC, won't exchange breast for anything other. They must remember the customer is buying what they want, not what KFC wants to give them.

Have there moments Tuesday night and Sunday night they are painfully slow not enough staff to look after there customers

I usually get a large original tenders box as a treat here every fortnight. The staff are nice and the small girl that usually constructs the orders always wishes me a good day. Besides that, I have no complaints, so five stars.:)

I dont know if this kfc pops or I was just lucky but the burger was amazing, chicken was incredible, gravy/potato ratio excellent

Just recently moved to the area, never had better KFC before. Staff were friendly only got 4 stars because chips were too salty:/. Will definitely be coming back for sure

This place has really lifted thier game since the last time i went there, last time the chicken was real dry, now its so juicy & suculant, its delicious, i, ll be back again & again, thanks guys.

2 things, 1: The service - I went through the drive through, the young girl who served me did not smile, did not say good evening or hi, did not say thank you and or have a good night after giving me my meal etc and with a smile, she never said anything from start to finish.she made it very clear she wasn't happy, did not want to be there or whatever, and did not care one iota, she was very unwelcoming. If I get her again and she disrespects me and makes me feel I shouldn't have gone there, I will say something to her and I will not go there again, I'll go where the service is with a smile and respect. 2: I ordered 2 3 piece chicken meals and in one of them, I got 3 chicken wings, shouldn't we get one of each section in one meal, or if we get 3 of the same shouldn't it be with the bigger more favorable sections? But 3 small sections like wings is not quite right nor fair, unless the meal was free of course, but if we are paying for it, we should get fair portions. On a food itself point though, it's excellent, no issues here at all.

Just ordered a meal from there, the staff was very polite and respectful especially 2 of the younger boys - was a very pleasant experience so good on those 2 boys in particular and the burger was good, if I had to add anything I'd just say they could have filled up the chips a bit more. They were busy but it was still just an average wait time so can't complain about that:)

I usually get a pop corn chicken go bucket and they usually fill it up all the way but today there was not alot I was very disappointed and they also should add citrus freeze

Really poor service, even by KFC standards. The small dining area has all the charm of a hospital waiting room but at least the place was clean.

Went at 9.30pm for a 3piece meal was dry and old was charged full price won't be going back there

Wrong food supplied as different to order, staff not very attentive or concerned when they made a mistake.

How hard is it to get an order right! Waited for our drink, another customer had to remind them we were still waiting yet she then said to me they were waiting for our food to do it so it didn't melt yet I already Had our food, then I had to go back to get missing chips and coleslaw! Food was dry not enjoyable at all, My 13yr old could do better!

Dirty place. Not pleasant place to eat something. 6 or 7 people working but no one here to give even a quick wipe. Disgusting

Some staff were very friendly and helpful, but some were rude. Food was okay, however we has to request that they fill up the chips box - it came only half full.
