Coming from max to help i cant be more happy with everything so far my consultant bri was understanding caring and went the extra mile to help me find work

Horrible place to find work. I’d been offered 2 jobs in 6 months - one at a terrible cafe out of my way of travel and the other almost 2 hours away.worst staff I’ve ever dealt with, wasted my time and money with constantly having to attend meetings that I was either ignored for more than 45 minutes for a conversation that could have been done over the phone. Staff talk to each other more than they do help. Rudest people I’ve met!

Was not told that their office location had changed. Was not told my consultant had changed. Was not informed about the new requirement to "attend" myself for my wfd activity so had my payment immediately suspended. When I called them about it I was essentially told it was my fault I wasn't informed. And I had to work an extra 7 hours over my 15 hour p/w requirement because I assume it was easier for their paperwork. It would be nice if you provided a service that worked with me instead of just making sure I'm compliant with centerlink.

My first experience with Help this week when I supported a friend and I can honestly say that this place is a joke and I don’t recommend it to anyone. The staff are useless and don’t even look like they want to be there how they act and speak

A really great organisation with very approachable helpful staff who are willing to go that extra mile to help you gain employment. My consultant Jimmy Kingdom is an awesome guy who did a lot to make sure I had all the skills and licences I needed for the full time job I have now. Ian Samuels and Debbie (the manager) also supported me a great deal to overcome my particular barriers. Along with Stephanie at the front desk who always greeted me with a smile, I would recommend this team to anyone who wants to get a job and may be finding things difficult at the meantime. Thanks heaps everyone, your kind assistance will always be gladly remembered.

Well i don't know where to start. I have been dealing with the staff at Help Enterprises Caboolture for the past 13 months. My case manager is Kristine Fisher she has been absolutely wonderful, supportive, understanding, deadly and helped me in every way possible. Nothing was too much for her. It was no problem for Stacy at the front desk. Any time and any thing i needed help with she did not hesitate to lend a hand. There were days i would get frustrated and in tears and Stacy would always give me moral support nothing was too much for her. If i needed time out my case manager was very supportive in every way nothing was too much for her and all the other staff in this Caboolture office. Also the manager Debbie would get in and help out and support me in helping me. I must say dealing with staff here has been a great experience and nothing is ever too much for staff here to help me. It has been a pleasure to come into this office quite often to apply for jobs. I would recommend for anybody to come to this Caboolture office and receive the help and support the staff here are happy to give. They are all a wonderful bunch of people.

Would highly recommend these guys! Moved from another employment agency to HELP and they have been nothing but extremely helpful and go out of their way to help as much as they can.

I was homeless and at rock bottom for a year. I have been with help for 8 months now and with the amazing support from my job network member Jimmy kingdom (who I have been with for 6months) and all the staff at help, I am in a house, I've had a job interview and several call backs on jobs I've applied for. I'm very confident that I'll get a job very soon. I recommend help employment over any other job agency. Also a big thank you to Deb Brennan and Brett Ironmonger for all your support and help.

Well. I finally got a job. BUT i needed alot of things to keep me going during the first week. Im not going to go into detail, but i mean it all added up to quite alot of money $$$$$. Cant thank JEANIE & BELINDA enough for all their support. If it wasnt for them. I wouldnt be able to get to work.so once again. Many thanks.
