When I really needed help. Help said we can't help you as you received rego assistance in 2018 2yrs ago. Need help now with rego sorry your about to receive additional payments from Centre Link use that to pay for rego. I have other bills that need to be paid thank you. Very disappointed with this organisation.

Karen was really helpful and encouraging. She explained things easily about what I needed to do and about future support options and who would contact me. Also, Philippe was a great trainer in the barista course. Very knowledgeable, patient and great teaching style. I think he brought out the best in all the people from our group. Thanks

Cassie from Help Employment & Training Caboolture was there for me every step of the way. She helped me with writing up my resume, handing them out, practicing for interviews & phone interviews, and also helped me get into some volunteer to explore other industries that I hadn’t worked in before.
And a massive thank you to Help Employment & Training Caboolture for funding my realestate registration course I had to do for my current position at LJ Hooker, they have been a massive help since day 1!

HELP is without doubt the best provider I have been attached to; and I spent 5 years working in Job Services. They go out of their way to assist you in lots of ways that are beyond what you would expect.

I was very anxious about registering with an employment agency because of bad past experiences with a couple of other agencies where the staff were dismissive, rude and made me feel like I was beneath them because I was unemployed,
HELP Enterprises are the extreme opposite. Brittany, at the front desk, is friendly and offers great insight and is never too busy to answer any questions. Ian Samuels goes way above and beyond his role and is one of the most caring and compassionate people I have met! He is always optimistic, kind and works to empower the individual (me) with self-confidence which is so important when looking to re-enter the work force after several years of not working. He also demonstrates a high level of professionalism and knows the process inside out and doesn't hesitate to share useful and alternative perspectives when it comes to looking for employment. He really does encourage the individual (me) to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and to make sure that every victory, no matter how small, is celebrated.
So - If you're dreading registering with an employment service, please, please don't worry. Contact HELP Enterprises at Caboolture and I can assure you that you will be treated with courtesy, respect, understanding and compassion. You will be skilfully advised and emotionally nurtured into being the very best person you can be, which is fantastic for your self-esteem and resilience whilst seeking employment. I am absolutely delighted that I found the HELP Enterprises "family" and have no doubt that they will help me to complete any training which will improve my suitability for employment and, ultimately help me to secure a great job.
Huge shout out for, and sincere thanks to Ian Samuels - you know why:) And thanks also to all of the team members whom I have interacted with so far for making me feel so comfortable and at ease and for all the optimism!

I'm 61 and I was told in error by Caboolture Centrelink that I had to go to a job network provider (after coming off the carers' pension) last November. I chose Help Enterprises Employment off a list they gave me - mainly because of the name, not knowing a thing about the organisation and felt anxious about having to go back to one of these organisations after many bad experiences since becoming unemployed (while in undiagnosed heart failure as a result of 42 years'undiagnosed thyroid disease) in 2001.

Loong story short - I couldn't have been more wrong. Every time I called into the Caboolture office I was treated with unfailing politeness, cheerfulness and kindness, ditto when the contact appointments were changed to phone contacts and when telephoning the 1300 number and automatically getting staff at other Brisbane offices of Help who transfer your call. You can hear care in their voices too. Giant Mexican hats off! To Caboolture Help and Belinda in particular. I'm even sorry I don't have to go anymore after a clued up Centrelink person at Kawana office last Friday told me I'd been "incorrectly coded last November" and I don't have to attend the job network anymore. Thank you Help and Belinda. I hope if all the dodgy JCA's are sacked by a better government, that Help gets the contract as real "public servants". Thank you again and best wishes for the future.

Update: Due to this review, they have made unreasonable reporting requirements. As l found a job (no help from them) casual only, wanted me to call them while lm at work.
So now my payments have been suspended. Go figure.

Complete idiot's

WARNING look elsewhere for a provider.

Heard them laughing at a disabled person after they left there appointment. Put in a complaint to help management. Its on record that they have no respect for the people who have to report there. Just Goverment money driven company.
Look elsewhere or be laughed at by the staff.
