Help Employment & Training

Some of the staff are friendly, however having been with them for quite a while now, it feels like I'm doing all the work and they're just barking orders. I fear posting this will have reprocussions and no doubt will have more troubles thrown at me, Not once have they gotten me a job interview. They're more than happy to throw me into more certs and jobs they know I can't perform though. All I get are deflections and excuses, calling me 'unmotivated and lazy'. Meanwhile they've done everything in their power to not help.

(I was correct. This review had significant reprocussions. About a day after the review I received a phone call from main office saying they would look into it. About a week later all of my job searches started getting 'automatically' audited and my payments were getting delayed and demerits added to my account. My formal complaint that I had sent ViA my 'handler' was mysteriously not found.despite me having voiced my concerns to the lady who phoned me from head office, my handler and this review. They then did everything in their power to get me to switch providers which I did.

The only people this company 'helps' is their pockets what a wate of time.)

Whilst I have been with help @ caboollture I have found Hannah Smith very funny and friendly and always helps on the first point of contact with Hannah. Smith she should be highly recommended and praised for her work she does an amazing job and needs to be praised I think Hannah Smith should be a manager she has everything about her to do excellent.

Terrible. Call centre is pathetic, they sent me a message telling me that I need to make an appointment, yet it took 1 hour, a lost job opportunity and 4 operators (all rude and ignorant esp Stacey) before I spoke to Emily, the call centre manager who admitted to " not knowing" and these people control money! Time for their contract to be ripped up.
UPDATE.seems to be even worse now I have spoken out. They have now suspended my payment and want me to attend a meeting before they will reinstate my entitlement.
DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
I'm changing provider. HELP is no good. And the response from the owner below proves it.

Sonja is terrific, she really goes that extra mile to assist you in anyway she can to get you into employment. She is the best case worker I’ve ever had.

Great agency with great people. They genuinely want to help you get a job if you show them you have a can-do attitude.
Karen is amazing, she was managing me and with her efforts along with Matt I was able to regain my confidence, gain stable employment where I wanted to work, and even had some other benefits along the way.
This is an agency that do care about you and have a lot of resources to help you get back into the workforce whatever your situation may be.

I think and know Sonja is amazing at her job at Caboolture center.
I was looking for over a year for work and i told her what i would like to do and we made it happen fast and now i start work next week. Everyone at
the Caboolture center are happy and willing to help you get where you want to be. Thank you so much.

What a great team especially "Jimmy" from caboolture help, he is a bloody legend.

I have had an amazing lady named Sonja at Caboolture center. Sonja has built up my confidence and helped me in so many ways.

Hannah is an amazing consultant without her consent support and assistance i would not have got a job though out covid neither would be able to remain in employment

Shelley at the Caboolture office has made this transition wonderful for both my husband and I we are with this provider because of being able to stay in touch with her and guide us through as we have never been unemployed before, can't thank her enough for making a very stressful time way more manageable

I am very pleased with the extra assistance provided to me by the HELP woman's business team, when i was feeling down and out without employment or affordability to gather uniforms, shoes or even makeup for an interview these guys had my back thankyou for all the extra support ladies. Special shout out to Tanya Allford, the bond we have created over the past 6 months is incredible, Tanya has helped dig me out of a rut, not only has Tanya been my side kick to help me gain employmsnt she has been the perfect mentor just to chill and chat with, she has honestly changed my life, what a beautiful soul.

Over the year I have been with this company and have had nothing but positive and non stop help and comparison. Tanyas program for women’s business is honestly the best thing that has hit Caboolture

I would like to thank Davina Williams and Matthew Bull. Thanks to the hard work and expertise of these people i am now on a one month trial in a job that I absolutely love. My advice, for what it is worth is show enthusiasm, listen to their advice, be polite and be confident. Just for the record i was unemployed for 8 years so never give up

After a rocky start with Help Employment (possibly due to Covid -19) I have now found an excellent job coach in Sally Hayward. Have only had Sally as a coach for a short time but she has been proactive, professional, thorough & understanding. I can't thank Sally enough & ironically since she has taken me onboard the whole Help team have picked up the ball & been wonderful. I would have given them 5 stars but refrained because of the rocky start where it appeared I'd fallen through the cracks. Now that things are on track I have to say that Sally & the whole team are doing there very best.
