Over the years, we have purchased various items such as fridges, microwaves, computers, washing machines, and more, and have never been disappointed. The staff are always attentive, knowledgeable, and provide useful advice. They are also flexible with deliveries and pricing, making it easy to afford what we need.

Overall, our experiences have been consistently positive, and we appreciate the great service.

Had a great experience buying my new TVs at this store. A company called Tech 2 installed the TVs and the best job was not done unfortunately. Optus have now bought Tech 2 and when they came to fix the installation they couldn’t and didn’t want to. So not honouring the warranty given by the the original company that they bought. Not the best service for me the customer. Then Daniel from Harvey Norman stepped in to help me and got everything fixed and at no extra cost to me. Great service from this store and you really can trust Harvey Norman as when things go wrong with other companies they stepped in to help and pay and I am very very satisfied. Thank you again Daniel from Harvey Norman TV department your help has been very much appreciated.

Poor customer service in fridge area on Sunday. No service provided at all during that 30 mins I was there.

The sales can seat on the chair. He is looking around and let customer stand their for 15 mins no service at all. Good on you guys, keep it up

Worst service we’ve ever experienced in history. Staff Name Matt is rude. He should be terminated.

Can’t speak highly enough about Moses the owner and Danny the manager.

After not hearing anything from the service department for 10 days about my faulty 2 year old MacBook Pro that I’d dropped-off to get repaired or replaced, I phoned the store looking for answers.

Moses called me, informed me that essentially the Product Care people are inept and useless at helping customers in need, and arranged for a new MacBook Pro to be delivered to the store in a matter of hours for me to collect.

When I came to collect, Danny provided me with customer service that was above and beyond, and gave me an incredible discount on the new extended warranty and some other items I purchased in the same visit.

I picked what i wanted at home when i decided to buy the dryer. Went online and quickly reserve it. Went on the next day to pay and pick up. The floor sales assistant quickly put his name in the computer and sent me to the cashier to pay. He did not do anything about the quick reserve. A few hours later they called me if i still wanted the dryer.i told them i bought it from the store. Anyway i got absolutely zero assistance in the store about my choice or additional items i required.

Good service, discount given. Asked about TV all questions answered and explained. Looking to purchase the larger TV's.

Polite staff- if they know you want to spend money, that is. I purchased a lounge set and some electrical appliances for a new rental property and the staff were helpful and not pushy.
I did however see a couple of older people attempting to look for a “cheap but reliable” bed and the staff member rolled her eyes behind their back then disappeared. The old couple wandered around for ages looking for someone to help but word obviously got around they weren’t going to be spending money so they left. I told the consultant we were dealing with and he said that was unacceptable. Every customer- whether buying a kettle or a $3000 mattress should be looked after. Hopefully that female consultant will be reprimanded in future.

Waited to buy something I waited then placed product down and walked out. The checkout girl needed help Noone was there to help

The laptop technician Luke was happy to fix my device in minutes without a problem and no charge!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the TV's and the one I bought was perfect for me

I bought a new computer and the staff member was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the computers.

Been in on two separate occasions now and the service has been so poor both times. Staff not wanting to help and staff not knowing where things are. I had to ask 3 different people where something was as when they didn't know they just left it at that for me to go to the next person to ask. When the person that could assist served me it was after a gossip session with a co-worker. I live across the road and would prefer to venture into the city than go back again after 2/2 being very poor.

Abraam Boutros works in Electrical section, worse person in this shop. Unprofessional, rude, no knowledge, impolite and try to sell more expensive, Don't buy anything from him!

Tom is the best saleman! He is super friendly, helpful and is willing to go an extra mile to give you the best offer that you can't say no. Keep up the great job, Tom!

The phone guys were great and offered a discount when we didn't ask but the coffee guys wouldn't match a price from a competitor store on a nespresso machine so we choose to go to the good guys
