Love the ladies at Gucci pacfair - always have great service and look after you during your entire shopping experience there.

Girls were great and friendly. I only purchased a card holder but recieved better service here (friendly smiles, water, talked to my crying baby niece) compared to LV where the service was as ok but only got better once I bought a bag and wallet. Will come back

Absolute WORST brand I have ever shopped with. We purchased a lot of things over christmas. One pair of the slides didn't fit (brand new and unworn condition) and they won't let us exchange them for a different size because they are out of the exchange period. Worst service ever from a designer brand. They aren't losing money on an exchange. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

I wanna say there is a staff who is Chinese, she was really impolite, when I was trying the shoes and I asked her something about the shoes, she just ignored me and was talking to another customer who is her friend. It was like really made me angry and embarrassed. So I really hope that she needs to be re-educated if she wanna work in this store. But when I ready to leave the other staff who seems like is not a local person, she is really really nice, she was always following me and talking to me that everything I wanna know, even I don’t wanna buy it. But I finally bought a bag. This was an amazing experience. But I was really disappointed with that Asia women, do not find her to buy things.

I came in to just browse around to see what's new. While looking at the baby Gucci section i got asked "Is there something you want? " I was shocked. I thought to myself is that how you're seriously going to ask if i need help? Not even say a hello first? After i finished looking and started to walk out i actually got a friendly "Bye, have a good day". These retail assistances need to be trained on how to greet people.
