Very bad service the security guard wasn’t nice at all told us to wait and to not enter. Was talking to my mum in a rude manner wasn’t polite to us.

What a wonderful shopping experience thanks to my client advisor Izzy and the rest of the ladies. Found some new fantastic items for my big events and Izzy was impeccable with her service, knowledge, expertise and being able to understand what I truly like and what I needed for the special occasions. Her follow up, sourcing wonderful new and rare items from various Gucci stores throughout the country and from overseas to help make my events truly memorable with the perfect items.
I would highly recommend coming to this store as you’ll be pleasantly surprised and if you find Izzy she’ll know exactly what to do.

Went into the Pacific Fair Gucci store today to have my Gucci GG thong sandals repaired as they are clearly faulty, however I was advised I have to pay for repairs despite the item being faulty as I didn't have the receipt. The store manager Josaline was terrible and would not offer any other solutions. She confirmed the shoes are genuine but apparently Gucci doesn't care if items are sold faulty to customers. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Walked in with 2 friends and 1 kid. Looking totally snobbish as we’re otw to the airport but the treatment was exceptional. Not like we need to dress up but some places like this they rly looked down on you, anyways thats totally outdated thinking
Served cold drinks and treated my 4yo with respect and kindness. Walked out with a bag! Thats how you do customer service guys. Well done.

Terrible service today! First was the security man at door, rude and arrogant. Spoke down to me demanding I get in line, I know the procedure, did not need a command! No class.
Secondly once inside the assistant was so disinterested when I said I just needed to look first.
My son is a VIP Brisbane client, hopefully better service there when I visit next week to make my purchases.

I’ve had better experience at Gucci previously. Today the girls weren’t up to their mark at all. If Brisbane store had the stock or if they had stock online, I would have gone and purchased it from there.

Can’t thank Mina enough for looking after us. Always going above and beyond every time we are there. Very professional service in Gucci pac fair.

Snobby place, make you wait even though store is half empty lol. I suppose they need to create demand, but once you get a good salesperson you're all set.

I love shopping with gucci i usually shop online but this time was my first time shopping in store and it seriously makes the whole experience so much more special and more meaningful, the second i walked in i was greeted with a worker that was already waiting for me when i walked in and not 5 minutes later i was served a glass bottle of coke with a nice little straw. The whole time i was there i was served by the same person who walked me through the whole shop and showed me everything i wanted to see and let me try on everything i wanted. After i decided what i wanted my items where brought out to me all for inspection to be sure that i was satisfied with my items before they pit them all in individual organic and environmental packaging and gorgeous geen bag's all biodegradable and environmentally safe i would definately recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for a luxury, high quality and eye opening product that will get you pleanty of compliments and attention

Purchased a Gucci bucket hat and the service was exceptional. Love a good Gucci piece but what makes it all the more sweater is when the service and shopping experience is this good. Love the Pacific Fair store and the girls (not forgetting the wonderful security guy at the door)!

Always a delight shopping here. Would agree with others comments, ready to wear needed at this location. Staff here are just so superb. For some that say the staff are not - treat people like people and you will get kindness back. Far too often are staff treated like second class citizens.

now and have found everyone to be marvellous.

My over all experience at Gucci was amazing. The customer service rep was ready from the get go to point me in the direction of Gucci Mane. Come check out this store to if you are in the area you wont be disappointed.

Well laid out but the sales staff weren’t great. So ended up walking away, will just buy online instead.
