Gucci

Went in there to purchase a few items but the SA was really rude. For a high end fashion boutique, staff needs to be retrain some manners and provide better customer service. I ended up purchasing online.

I’d like to buy something but by the time I get in it won’t be fashionable anymore. At the least the the front of the shop is nice while I sit out the front for 45 minutes just waiting to get in!

Doorman was lovely however everything on the shelves was aged and looked like they hadn't been cleaned

Came in to this store over the weekend & had the most amazing experience with Decci she was superb. Very helpful and showed me everything and stayed patient with me the whole time and was always smiling. Thanks Decci, Love my new Gucci stuff!:)

Food place to hangout with lots of different shops with many different things on sale. Competitive prices and lots of verity. Also lots of good places to eat and drink ranging in prices. Can get a coffee or tea or something to eat in a formal or casual setting.

Absolute amazing service here by all the staff. Easily the best out of all the high end stores with in Pacific fair. The staff are helpful and never make you feel pressured to make a purchase. They were very attentive to my kids to keep them happy while the adults shopped. The staff knew about all the products. Such a refreshing change after entering other stores.

Great store on the Gold Coast, needs some ready to wear items though, but overall very good customer service experience and a good selection.

The staff were absolutely amazing, all of them were so nice and kind. They were lovely with offering my mother, sister and me drinks and than were amazing help with finding my sister in in law her 21st birthday present. No amount of training could be done to make the staff as nice and kind as they were. 100% recommend this story to everyone who is looking for something nice. They have at least one very satisfied customer.

Decci from Gucci provided great service and care both times when we visited the store. Even though what we wanted was not in stock, she kept us informed throughout the whole process until it arrived. We would definitely purchase more from Gucci Pacific Fair. Ask for Decci!

Had to wait an unreasonably long time just to get in the store. People took forever while they were in the store.

Terrible service and extremely rude staff. Me and my wife went to Gucci store in Pacific Fair couple days ago.the staff with dark hair was terrible rude to us. We dont actually remember her name but she has quiet a long name.so we decided to leave the store and went back yesterday. Surprisingly, chinese staffs were actually very polite and helpful than the one that we had first time.

Excellent attentive service from staff who are genuinely interested in learning about customers experiences with their products. First time I’ve had a designer store ask me how I use my bag and if it’s met my expectations. Not only did they ask the question but they listened to my feedback: o

Absolutely worst experience. I stood in store for like 10 minutes, and nobody came to serve me. Although there were 4 staffs just stand there, I received ZERO service. I’m sure they saw me, and they started to serve other customers came in later than me. With smile, yes, I didn’t get a smile. Confuse, is it because I was wearing $50 pants, and I don’t look like I can afford GUCCI?

Couldn't have asked for a nicer shopping experience.
I purchased a Gucci Marmont belt and the lovely sales assistant Margot was really helpful and attentive.

I was looked after by the lovely Estee today at Gucci, she was made aware that it is my mother's 60th birthday and I needed some items gift wrapped. She made all the gifts extra special with the extra care and love she's put into packing my gifts.

The store itself is very nice and staff are friendly, however families with shopping trolleys are allowed in as if it is an amusement park for their kids to play around in.

Always a great shopping experience. All staff are great but Bridgette is just something else, she's always helpful and goes above and beyond to assist. Great range of products always find what your looking for for. 10/10

My partner and I had wonderful support from the service department today. It really assured us we made the right decision spending the extra money on a Gucci watch some years ago. I can't recommend the staff here enough. Just suburb.
