Gucci

Went into the Gucci store in Brisbane about 3 weeks ago to buy a gift for my wife. First time my wife wanted a high end designer bag, so I brought my wife to choose whatever she wanted. Cavia came up to my wife and assisted her with everything. She even gave my wife a bottle of sparkling water while looking and asking questions about a particular bag she wanted. Over all, the sale assistant Cavia was superb and amazing in treating my wife, myself and 2 young kids with the purchase. Cavia always had such a friendly smile and attitude in assisting her customers. She even texted my wife 2 days later to see how everything was going with her new bag and if there was any questions my wife had or issues.
Thank you so much! My wife can't stop raving about her gift and Cavia to her friends who will sure go to her whenever they visit the Gucci store.

Following all COVID restrictions well. Staff were lovely and helpful. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything, just found what we wanted and purchased without any hassles.

The Asian sales assistant with blonde hair is so rude and pushy. Only wants the sale, not interested in customer service. Doesn't allow time to see what other options are available. In the end I walked out and went and purchased a belt from Dior!

THE most professional, friendly, elegant, satisfying, enjoyable, shopping experience I have had in a long time. From the friendly, but efficient no-nonsense attendant on the door administering the Gucci Covid=19 measures, to the shop assistant who was exceptional, the experience of shopping in this high-end store was not at all difficult or pretentious. They made me want to come back!

Maybe this store should put a board saying "only enter if you buy". The Asian lady staff should learn more about delivering pleasant customer service. She was so reluctant to answer the queries about products after I told her that i am not
buying today as I coudnt find the one i was looking for.

The young lady that served us was fantastic, she provided us excellent customer service from the start to the finish of our transaction.

It was a warm winter's day and she kindly offered us some San Pellegrino sparkling water as we sat and made our decision.

The young lady whom I forget her name (MY APOLOGIES) made sure that we got the correct fit and product that we needed.

If you want to feel belittled or be treated like you look too poor to be there, come to Gucci Brisbane city. I came in today looking to purchase a tie and no one would serve me even after standing in the middle of the lane waiting. Another two customers entered through the front door (They were international) and the worker walked towards them and straight past me!

I am currently very disappointed with Gucci Brisbane. Today when I walked into the store I was greeted by the security guard that kindly opened the door and a Asian Lady that was a representative/sales person at Gucci.

The lady instantly asked if I was looking to purchase someone so I answered “possibly”, after explaining to her I wanted a wallet, she bought me over to the cabinet where the products were displayed at. The products looked as they were very mistreated and she explained that there more fresh products in the back of the store.

After looking at multiple wallets and I kindly explained to her that’s not what I was looking for. She carelessly places the supposedly Luxury products back into the cabinet drawer. I asked for some free time to look around the store and the lady started to greet another couple.

I walked to the back of the store and found a cabinet with a wallet that I was interested in buying however the lady screamed across the store for the security guard to press a bell for assistance. She rudely explained to the other couple/guests she had to leave to serve me then stared pointing around the store and speaking VERY LOUDLY for assistance for the other guests. After that incident I no longer felt as I needed to be in the store as she was causing trouble and made the other couple felt as they were unattended. I kindly explained to her again that I no longer was looking for anything else and requested to leave the store.

The security guard was on the phone and forgot to open the door while exiting and dealing with the assistance bell that the sales person requested. My friend and I ended up opening the heavy door and undoing the chains leading up to the door.

As a customer I feel as that even in a high end store there should be enough client service sales personnel to serve the entire store and shouldn’t be left unattended unless asked to be. In this case the asian lady was very unprofessional.

The worst service - I think this is the worst I have experienced! Eventually asked a staff member busy on an iPad, she mumbled something about being busy rushed off - ignored me - stood around for 10 min, no one was interested! You all need training

The service were so good when I shop there, very very cheap compare to most of the Asian countries

Rude Staff. Such a shame for a stunning store & my favourite brand. Expect to be dismissed.

I bought a pair of shoes for $960.00 and not even 6 months took it back for repair. After 45 days received a call from the store manager
And she doesn't believe it's faulty because Italy was on holiday. Very unsatisfied.

I love Gucci we go there a lot, but one time we entered the store this staff member gave us a stern stare as if to say “get out” we were not wet or anything and we were dressed well. Apart from that nice atmosphere
