Popped into Gucci on Saturday to buy a new belt. Great timing as we were able to walk straight in and was greeted by Anne who helped me choose the perfect belt. She was very genuine and a fun salesperson, I'd definitely ask for her next time I go to Gucci. Overall a very positive experience!

The customer service and experience from this whole matter has been poor. And having to wait so long (Months) for a service that did not fix the problem with the shoes, is not something I would expect from Gucci. Staff are lovely however, recently I had a really BAD experience with Gucci store in Brisbane Queens Plaza. I bought a Gucci shoes, the bottom of the shoes started to open and took to Gucci to see if they can repair it for me. The repair consultant gave me his word that he will make my shoes look like a brand new again. After a shoddy repair (Super Glued) started to open again after very short wear only once. I called the Gucci store and explained the situation and I was asked to take the shoes back for them to fix it properly, which never happed. After 4 weeks, I was called to say the shoes are ready for collection, so I went to pick up my shoes and I looked at the shoes, the opening was still there not fixed at all. Basically my shoes are completely ruined. The offer of just my money back is not the resolution to all the problems I have encountered at the Gucci store regarding the repair of the shoes. Anything that we buy from Gucci is a long term investment, not in my case. Absolute Disappointment!

I went in on friday night to purchase my first Gucci bag! My mum and I were being helped by Vicky, my mum had previously gone in before myself this trip and Vicky was so helpful, patient and her customer service and memory of my mum was top notch. Really made the experience worth it as I had my eye on a particular bag for so long! So a big thank you to Vicky for making the experience so special.

Dropped in for a pair of loafers, the girls took great care of me, got me sized, in and out. The salespeople were absolutely wonderful, and would gladly return.

First time I purchased something from Gucci and the staff, Sammi was very friendly and professional. She showed us our seats and followed by a welcome drink. My husband was pleased and felt a VIP at that very moment? I purchased the limited edition Lunar New Year screener sneaker and very happy with my purchase as the shoes are comfortable. We will definitely come back at this store?

Really bad customer service! (The lady with back pain)

Asked her to show me white and black shoe then I didn’t like it so told her to get the most famous “MEN'S ACE GG SUPREME BEES SNEAKER” shoes but she said naah it won’t be good for you!

I am the customer I am paying for it aye?

I bought the one I like (the MEN'S ACE GG SUPREME BEES SNEAKER one) and I already got 350 (Insta) likes within last 2 hours.

Don’t try to sell the one that’s siting on the showcase for ages lady! Just look after your customer and try to be polite.

Really bad experience!

What is the deal? Your store is half full, staff members standing around chatting and we are asked to wait at the door. Customers that walk away are lost sales

I purchased a Gucci watch which is meant to be 50 metres water resistant. I wore it occasionally for 2 months and it was filled with condensation. Gucci are saying that the watch should only be exposed to water when you are washing your hands or raindrops. They have requested over $900 to fix it with a turnaround time of 12-14 weeks. The service I am receiving is disgraceful & incredibly disappointing for a "luxury brand". Do not recommend buying a timepiece from them!

My girlfriend bought me a Gucci wrist cuff for my bday that she was really excited to surprise me with. When I opened it, the cuff had a crack in it and when I put it on it broke.

She took it back to Gucci and they said sorry nothing we can do, I went in and lost it at them as they made my girlfriend so upset with how they treated her. They finally said they would replace it but it would take a few weeks to come back. When it was returned we realised they had literally just glued the same bracelet back together and it broke again.

Honestly I would never buy from Gucci ever again, it’s no wonder it’s become the laughing stock of luxury brands and you see those little eshay lad kids wearing their products.

They don’t even have the right to call themselves luxury their stuff is Chinese sweat shop grade.

First time purchasing anything from Gucci and I have to say, Tom and Anne from Brisbane city are both the most wonderful people! Such incredible consultants who go above an beyond. I can’t wait to be hosted by either again?

Made to wait in line when there were only a handful of people inside. Bit ridiculous for a designer store especially when you’re about to spend thousands of dollars. Maybe it was because of the clothes we were wearing but don’t judge a book by its cover.

I have a bag that I bought in a Sydney store which is faulty. One side has been sagging since purchase and less than a year later is completely collapsed. I have other Gucci bags and they have never done this. So I took it to the Brisbane store assuming within twelve months the warranty would be honoured due to product fault. But instead I was treated poorly and told there was nothing that could be done. They offered me a leather kit but they didn't even give me that! Haha! They do not care. Apparently I don't spend enough money there to be of value to them. I will never shop at Gucci again. After all these years it would have cost them nothing to replace this bag. It cost me about $1800 nothing for them! But they chose to mock me with their attitude and language and consequently they have lost a loyal customer. Buyer beware! Quality has gone downhill at Gucci! But the prices have not been adjusted accordingly. Mm.

Had so much fun today at Gucci with the fabulous and gorgeous Gianluca - my husband purchased a pair of tennis shoes and we found our experience to be so authentic, relaxing and so nice to have a few laughs - will be back in a flash, and we hope Gucci recognizes amazing staff like Gianluca

Really nice boutique with responsible staff, I was served by Akemi who is very polite and patient. By the way, the soda juice they provide for customer is really nice and you must try.

My partner and I love coming to the Brisbane Gucci store because Rachel makes our experience magical every time. She is always finding new products she knows we will love because she cares about her clients and gets to know their style & personalities. If you get the chance to visit the shop I highly recommend asking for Rachel she’s a superstar and you won’t be disappointed!

It was my 1st or 2nd time to visit this Gucci store.
A very friendly and helpful salesperson, Rachel, helped me to find the right product and never ever push me to buy something that I am not interested. Now If I need to shop at Gucci, I will definitely request to serve by her.
