I don’t often write reviews like this but I have to thank the staff at Gucci today. The lovely lady who served me made me feel welcome and was accommodating to all of my needs.
My mother, who later joined, was welcomed to sit down and relax while I was fitting my items and I will be shopping here again, even if it is just for their beautiful customer service.cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel comfortable and welcome in their beautiful boutique.

Rachel is such an amazing salesperson. So personable. Thank you so much Rachel for always looking after us.

I don’t often do reviews but after having the best retail experience of my life I have to give five stars to Rachel, who even though she was wearing a Covid face mask - her personality was positively beautiful and made this shopping experience a pleasure. Thank-you Rachel for spending the time and matching me up with sunglasses and shoes for different occasions, I’ve already received compliments and will be back for more items to match more occasions soon!

Gianluca made my shopping experience at Gucci one to remember. Was treated like a princess while he boxed up my card case with the utmost care. A truly cordial gentleman! Customer service at it's finest.

I always have a wonderful experience every time I did a shopping here. Thank you to these two amazing ladies SA Vivian and SA Yuki who always patiently help me and my friend make a decision which style should I go for. I always leave with smile and happy because they are always nice and warmly welcome me including all the SAs and the security guard named Vivian.

I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had shopping at Gucci Brisbane today. Greeted by Rachel Moore at the entrance with a glass of champagne accompanied by a tight selection of shoes and shirts in the flavours she knows
I like. This is the kind of service that makes me come back. Rachel gives the full Gucci experience. I walked out and strutted Down the street an overwhelming feeling of absolute satisfaction. Thanks Gucci Brisbane and thank you so much Rachel!

Wonderful experience on several occasions. Staff are professional and courteous, down to earth. They strive to keep customers happy. The high end h’orderves and the Italian drinks are a classy gesture.

My partner and I come to Brisbane from the sunshine coast especially to see Racheal! She always gives us the best service.we surprised her yesterday without an appointment.
Rachael was happy to see us, we had a sparkling drink in our hand and a pair of shoes purchased within 10 minutes. Racheal's service is always prompt friendly and efficient!

I love Gucci Brisbane. Rachel is amazing and she makes me feel like a millionaire. She makes beautiful things happen!

I went to this store last week to buy a bag and after checking in, I was followed around the store as if am going to steal something. Am not sure if this is what the store does but I was taken aback when they literally put me with a lady who followed closely behind me watching everything I do and the items I looked at. I honestly wanted to browse freely and ask for assistance when I need one and not to be followed around closely. This made me very uncomfortable. I have never experienced this and am definitely never coming back to shop at this store.

My experience in Gucci was outstanding. I couldn't fault no one.l was greeted by a lovely man at the door. Then a sales assistant approached me.l told her what bag l wanted.she was very friendly and very helpful.l will definitely shop there again.

Beautiful store with friendly staff. I bought a beautiful pair of sneakers. Viv the sales assistant was friendly, kind and answered all my questions.

I went into the Gucci store for the first time today as I wanted to look at the sunglasses as I need a new pair and I wanted to invest in some quality ones.
At the door, while checking in and hand sanitising, the door man looked at me and said, "Are you... Here with someone in the store? " Which, to me, was a very weird question and made me think that maybe he didn't think I was there to shop for myself. It just made me feel really awkward about being there.
I was directed to a store person who showed me the sunglasses display. Although very polite, he just stood there and didn't say anything unless engaged, which was very surprising to me. I honestly got better service from the women at David Jones when looking for sunglasses who were very helpful and asked what exactly I was after.
Maybe it was my outfit (definitely not designer), maybe it was my neck tattoo - I don't know. The whole experience just put me off to be honest.

A highlight of a shopping spree! Beautiful fashion items, feels unique to own and the service is incredible. Thank you to Annie for a wonderful purchasing experience. I felt like a rockstar for an hour!:)

Worst customer service ever! The girl in blonde hair name Rachel has the worse attitude ever, please do not go there, might ruin your day.

Im so happy with their customer service! Its soo great especially compate to YSL or Fendi, her name is Cavia she is so helpful and im pretty sure most of the good sales come from this Gucci store is because of her attitute.im so happy with my wallet, 10 star.

Been to this boutique many times but yesterday was very disappointed on how the sales girl with the ginger hair attend to us. My husband asked her for the shoe size and she left and never came back to us. We waited for approximately 10 to 15mins and other sales girls come and approached us and helped with what we want. The other sales girl didn’t even come back to us to apologise. If she needed to attend other customer at least come back to us and let us know.
