Extremely poor customer service, very rude and arrogant. Dirty shop, dirty tables, no covid dine in plan in place. Just nasty and we won't be back. Such a shame they have a prime esplanade shop front, very bad look for Wynnum

Food was average for the price we paid, the staff members were really rude and arrogant! The shop was quite dirty and so were the tables outside definitely won't eat here again!

Good fish and chips, also makes a nice chicken burger. Can be long waiting times during peak periods.

Not the worst.but sadly our meals were very mediocre, flavourless dry fish, soggy seafood sticks, bland calamari and a "salad" that came from the 70's.but, really good chips!?

Great food here. We regularly buy here and the food quality is consistently high. Great service, they always remember our couple of minor differences to our standard order. Very friendly to us always. Our experience just doesn't relate to the previous reviewers post. And yes they do in fact have covid measures in place, possibly the last reviewer was somewhat disgruntled because they wanted more out of a dine there experience, but hey, its predominantly a takeaway shop after all. And a busy food outlet tells its own story so we obviously aren't the only ones who are happy to give these guys the business. Thanks Grace, and keep up the good work!

Potato scallop was all batter and potato was non existent - worst ever! Wait was 35 mins for a medium chips and 1 potato scallop. Never again

Lady behind the counter was very rude and condescending to customers. Where told chips can’t get extra cooked due to wasting her time and rolled her eyes into the back of her head when my partner paid in cash. Would not revisit

Over priced and extremely greasy.
Other Eateries in the area were busy, Grace Takeaway was not.for obvious reasons Threw overpriced meal in trash. Will never go to again or recommended.

I visited Grace Takeaway on Sunday 16/08 and was deeply unimpressed. The lady behind the counter was horribly rude and the food was overpriced and awful. You could not pay me to go back there. I do not recommend this place.

Food good, shop clean, service and friendliness is poor and lets this place down, lady behind counter doesnt greet you, doesnt smile, walks off and just seems angry

Food is poorly made especially the fish taste so bad until i have to stop eating.won't recommend this and will not come back!

It was the only restaurant opened on Sunday so we went there for a lunch. First issue you can see is there's a single staff receiving orders doing coffe etc and everything takes a long time. They serve the meal in paper box even if you eat inside and what's even worse is a plastic cutlery only. After all this the meal itself wasn't good either the fish wasn't even done well.

Me and my family came around lunch time, we ordered Family pack for almost $34. Price wasn’t the issue, we asked to put extra chicken salt she said ok.we open it before we walked out and there was no chicken salt, toke it back and asked to put extra chicken salt please, and rudely the Asian lady said we put extra, and she said it’s 40 cents extra for chicken salt. Well that’s not worth at all. The food was alright, but the service quality was disappointing.

I found the lady to be rude when serving us, which seemed to rub off into the Milkshake and the chips we brought. Medium size chips were 2 adult size handfuls and Milkshake tasted like it was made with skim milk.

Got fish n chip and a choc milkshake here, fish and chips were RAW and cold and they skipped out on the chocolate in the milkshake as well as charging me $25 for a measly feed. Grace takeaway? More like gross takeaway.

Took the clients to Wynnum for fish and chips on the beach.feed back from all clients was great fish and chips.
Thank you to all staff for making their outing enjoyable.
We will be back.

Smallest serve I have ever received from a local fish and chip shop and when we questioned why the cod we received wasnt the one displayed in the window we were harrassed.absolutely appalling customer service wouldn't come again.

Absolutely appauling customer service. There portion sizes are honestly a joke for what they charge. Make sure you ask how big your meal is before you pay $30. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE HUNGRY. Longest wait time ever, will happily reccomend anywhere but here if you are looking for good quality fish and chips for a good price along the waterfront.
