Great gym, and am especially impressed with the great customer service by trainer Barbara, and Steven who always manages to remember my name when I check in. Great experience.

Dirk Mahoney is the worst personal trainer ever.very unprofessional. Made sexual comments to my partner in pt sessions. Spoke about his sex life outside of work. Just all round a pig. And the manager Steve didn't care at all when notified. I cancelled my membership and so did partner. I would avoid this gym like the plague.

Set in a renovated old building this is a gym with a slight different flavour. Generally only one of each machine in the weights room. Two squat racks and two bench press racks though.

A great CBD gym for office workers. Cardio equipment, kettlebells, free weights. All set in a historic heritage-listed building. The lunchtime Les Mills classes are a great bonus.

Not as busy as most other goodlife Gyms which is a plus! Staff are always friendly and approachable as well

Old beautiful building and interesting interior. High ceilings, very unusual for this kind of business. However they don't operate 24/7 and closed on Sundays.

Not often busy, I think most people go to the one in the Wintergarden. Plenty of treadmills and bikes. Sometimes have to wait for some weight machines.

Very funky building for a gym, entrance is small and you walk up three levels to different areas of the gym. It has full toilet and shower facilities and classes aren't too crowded in the evening.

Great inner-city club, no overcrowding and you feel a real personal touch from the staff. They even take the time to remember your name once you start going regularly.
Keep up the great work.
