WORST SERVICE EVER i brought a brand new 2019 brake out from gold coast Harley worst decision i ever made right from the start i ordered a 2019 plated bike and STEVE the owner tried to give me a 2018 bike i now have done 190 klms on the bike and it started to blow smoke so i returned the bike only to find out that it has major factory problems i have in an email from gold coast Harley Davidson (low compression excessively wet with oil stripped top end front and rear cylinders removed pistons from connecting rods and measured and found that clearance between piston and cylinders to be excessive and out of spec this causing blow between piston and cylinders allowing oil to travel oil to travel upwards into the combustion chamber causing smoke) this is a brand new bike with 190klms i have dealt with Steve the owner who has not been very help full at all has told me that they will fix the bike WOULD YOU WANT A BIKE FIXED NO I PAID FOR A BRAND NEW BIKE I HAVE SPOKEN TO SO MANY PEOPLE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY RECEIVED AT GOLD COAST HARLEY AND THEY ARE NOT HAPPY I WILL SAY THAT JAKE THAT SOLD ME THE BIKE WAS GREAT AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAVE BEEN HELP FULL ITS ONLY THE OWNER STEVE WHO IS HAPPY SELLING ME A BIKE THAT NEEDED MAJOR REPAIRS

Have purchased 3 HD's in the last three years from Jake, genuine guy with easy going attitude that makes the process smooth sailing. Dylan is always helpful, Rach and the girls in the Merch section always there to give you a hand finding what you want, thanks for the light weight helmet, hardly feel it on. Parts - Nick, great job helping me out with some custom gear for the FatBoy. They look great. Everyone in the shop always give a wave and say hello no matter how busy they are. Thanks for making me feel like part of the HD Family every time.

A massive thank you to the Service Department at Gold Coast Harley for fitting me in at extreme short notice last Saturday to repair my bike so I could continue with the NSW Black Dog Ride. My husband Rob traded in his 2007 Softail for a 2019 HD Breakout. The staff from Gold Coast Harley-Davidson were amazing. Dylan from finance, Rachel from merchandise and Nick from accessories were fantastic. Jake from sales listened and new exactly what we wanted in a HD. Thanks Jake for everything you did - you are so friendly and knowledgeable. They all made us feel very welcomed, like one of the family with every visit. Even the manager came out for a chat and to shake our hands. These guys and gals are amazing and we would recommend them for anything to do with Harley Davidson.

Took my 2012 FLSTFB to Jack @ GC Harley to have a bunch of upgrades done: handlebars, fork internals, camshafts + more.
They did an awesome job, routed the cables just how I wanted them, did the whole job very quickly and the bike came out mint.

Gold Coast Harley Davidson offers great service and all the people who work there go above and beyond their work duties to help you. The service department is top notch as with everything else in the shop thanks guys and gals

Kyle was absolutely amazing! He helped me surprise my partner with his very first brand new Harley Davidson and it worked out well. Great service and not pushy at all which made my decision a lot easier.

Bought a 2017 Street 500 for the wife and the bike had major problems. Went back strait away to hear from the big manager Steve that all the problems wasn't his problems. He even said that if I wanted to have a bike without any issues I should have bought new one and not trust them obviously!
Bike was still under Harley warranty but that didn't change anything. As you can see in many different reviews for this shop the biggest problem is 'some' dishonest and unhelpful people working there, and to call few of them "rock stars" they don't even deserve this credit. After I left the bike there for 3 months waiting to a court hearing date (QCAT) I end up winning this matter. Last time I will repeat this to you Steve, all I want to hear when I went back to notified you that I couldn't get into neutro was "don't worry mate we will fix your clutch" and I would walked away after that.
Now you know the customers are always right. By the way I went to this hell of 3 months arguments not just for me but for all of us riders that some I am sure would have to walk away with the head down!
Be Careful if you choose to buy a bike from here, they won't tell you that when you sign the papers and put a deposit, your cooling off period will expired in 24 hours after you signing and that's before your finance even get approved!

I had a tyre replaced at Gold Coast Harley Davidson recently. The mechanic found a couple of things that also needed attention and they were able to do the job on the spot.no problems. Very happy with Gold Coast Harley Davidson!

The guys were awesome, replaced my flat tyre late in the afternoon on a Saturday due to the tow truck taking 3hrs to pick the bike up. Couldn't be more thankful for their effort. Cheers guys

Good experience, i was looking at bike while the wife looked at some new riding gear (a first for her) she was given good solid advise about some jackets and jeans with no over sell, the girls in shop spent the time with her and she loves her new jacket.thanks

From start to finish couldnt fault the guys and girls at gold coast harley. No bs, no pushy sales staff, great in store finance. Now have the vrod i always wanted.

I took my CVO Fatbob to Gold Coast Harley for some work. The boys did an excellent job. The price was surprisingly reasonable and they did more than I asked for and did not charge for the extra.
The service was fast and everyone there is knowledgeable and courteous. You can't ask for anymore.
The quality of workmanship was excellent. I will definitely be taking my harley back to Gold Coast Harley for servicing and anything else.
