Went to check out the glide special and heritage, had them both there, was awesome. Staff told me exactly and straight up what I wanted to know, very knowledgeable.
Also had a large range of bikes new and used in stock.

After spending nearly 45,000 on a new bike, parts and accessories I ran into a few issues with the bike and service which we are still dealing with. I was left with a feeling of disappointment and regretted buying the bike. Nick the customer service manager has stepped up and dealt with the issues with great customer service and communication. This is my favourite Harley Davidson store. Staff are always friendly and respectful and the service has always been exceptional. We generally spend an hour at least when we visit from Brisbane and have found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. The variety of merch etc is always great too, so much to choose from.

Well done Harley GC, don't ever change.

Warning! Warning! Don't go near this business at nerang, I went down there a little while ago looking for bearings and seals for sportster rear wheel, not a difficult task you may think, not, I even put the wheel in the back of the ute while I had it off my bike just to be sure, I then proceeded to the spare parts counter and asked for bearings and seals for the particular year and model of my bike which I don't think he could comprehend, I then repeated to him once again, he then replied " I can't help you I need the part number". I replied I have the wheel in the back of my ute, I'll go and get it, I come back with the wheel and showed him the wheel.he replied I can't help you I need the part number, then he just walked away playing with his phone, I kind of think it was a generation gap thing or I wasn't dressed right or had the right T shirt on or maybe I wasn't wearing a harley bandana. This isn't the first time that this kind of thing has happened, ya think I would have learned my lesson, I have now and I want to share it

Service and parts departments are great. Clothing department has a sour chick that works there and really gives a negative experience.

I had a tyre replaced at Gold Coast Harley Davidson recently. The mechanic found a couple of things that also needed attention and they were able to do the job on the spot. Very happy with Gold Coast Harley Davidson!

Great lot of people working here helped me out of a jam with my bike got it back on the road after the issues it's had from other repair shops will tell all my mates to take there Harleys here

Best service EVER! It’s been a long time time since a real biker shop took care of their riders. I’ll ride past two other Harley shops to take my bike back to GC Harley. The team there are the best by far!

Have a Lot of Stuffs from T-Shirt, Jackets, Helmet, Purses, Wallets, Caps, etc. Also Nice Shop, Good Place, Friendly Staffs. Two Thumbs Up
