Staff are friendly. Nathan is spares really knows his stuff when it comes to Harley parts. Always knowledgeable and friendly. One of the better staff members.

I see there are some bad reviews on here but it’s not all that bad my experience was great! I started to liaise with Steele from the parts department for a couple of months as we were trying to find the perfect bars/risers for my height.
After a lot of research I went with the 11”LA chopper Kage fighter I’m 5’11
HD ran into some trouble fitting the wires and it took longer than usual, but when I picked the bike up today it was so professionally done and looks sooo good!
Much to my surprise, they installed aftermarket LED indicators on the new bars which I didn’t even know about cause it wasn’t part of the quote.

I had to travel down twice as I live far north so I believe they were showing compassion. Some people are quick to get angry and leave a bad review when it doesn’t go their way! We all have bad days and things can always go wrong in the work place they’re not robots.

Purchased a new Harley off the floor. Martin was a pleasure to deal with. Not too pushy and focused more on being helpful rather than too salesy. When it came to making a decision his communication was excellent, promtly returned calls and messages and really make you feel welcomed. 5 star service from thw whole team at GC Harley.

Fabian, Kyle, Chris and the crew were very personable and awesome to deal with. Made purchasing my Street Glide ST a stress free, pleasurable experience. Highly recommended.

Tyler, Jess, the rest of the service and parts crew and both the bike mechanics working today at Gold Coast Harley Davidson have my gratitude for their help today with my bike having a flat battery? ,

I called the branch, spoke with Tyler and he promptly dispatched the service van to my house in Robina to collect both my bike and I
The bike mechanics at very short notice fitted a new a battery for me and even took the time to fit some accessories at even shorter notice.
The job was completely in good time and the bike was given back to be in very good clean order,

I Have been looking at various models and Jake Wright was excellent. He spent time going over the different models with me until we found the most suitable bike for my needs. All the staff were great and did not push me into purchasing extras. They simply showed me options and answered all my questions. I’m very happy with the bike and with the friendly helpful service I received. I’m sure I will be back quite regularly as I look to personalise my bike. Cheers.

Realised they picked and sent me the wrong part number on a small order I placed earlier this year and thought I’d message them about it as the part is no good to me. Have sent two emails now and no reply lol. Says a lot about there care factor hahaha

Service and parts departments are great. Clothing department has a sour chick that works there and really gives a negative experience.

Most recent trip on the 5th April was a better experience management must've told the staff that us customers are actually important for business.

I lost a bit off my vrod, on the rough QLD back roads. The team was able to get me sorted, no fuss. Thanks!

Best experience buying a bike I ever had. Kyle, Jake and nick made the experience easy, no dramas and I got the bike and deal that we were all happy with. Looking for a new or used Harley give these blokes a go. Thanks heaps guys.
