Godfreys Kawana Waters Superstore

I had purchased a part for my vacuum online from VacSpares as I don't live close to shops. When the part arrived, no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't make it fit, even though the part was an exact match for what I needed. So I emailed VacSpares about it, no reply. Then I called them and they said, "Go to a Godfreys and see if they can help you". I felt weird that another business would help me with a part that I'd bought from VacSpares, so I thought I'd call them about it before making the long drive to their store. I spoke to a lovely lady, Angela. She was very happy to help me, and explained in great detail about the minor change that had been made to the production of the part that had meant it no longer fit the rod. She stayed with me on the phone for quite a while and talked me through the part pieces, and gave advice about how I could make it fit. Unfortunately, the call cut out as my reception is bad. So I went ahead and committed to altering the part, hoping that it would fit. And it did! If Angela had not given me this advice, I would have a non-functioning vacuum. I will most certainly by purchasing my next vacuum from Godfrey's at Kawana Waters. Thank you, Angela, you were very helpful!

Would love to see the Kawana store answer their phone, 3 weeks in a row waiting for our vacuum to be returned, and all the phone does, is ring out and tried 3 times on each week. What a joke.
