Dealt with Tye today whilst chasing replacement parts for our ageing Electrolux Ultraactive vacuum cleaner. He was most helpful whilst displaying old fashioned exceptional customer service. We will be back when it comes time to replace our current vac.

Great service, took my vacuum in today as it was not sucking properly, I had tried a number of times to find the blockage but I could not get to one particular part of the vacuum. I think it was Tye who served me (sorry if I have wrong name) he was really busy so I left vacuum there for him to take a look at it when he could. Received a call tonight after 5 30pm which is well and truly after they had closed for a Saturday. He had found the culprit and it is all working as it should. Thank you for your excellent service and commitment to your customers.

Purchased a Tineco S12 hand held vacuum cleaner (re-chargeable) from Henry at Godfreys Kawana. Henry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and certainly not pushy at all. The Tineco is the best hand held vacuum cleaner that we have ever owned and is the only brand I would encourage friends and family to purchase. I have owned 3X Dyson vacuum cleaners in the past and found them to be extremely unreliable despite being really expensive. I would always choose Tineco over Dyson in future. There is no comparison. Thanks Henry for all your help. We highly recommend Godfreys at Kawana and Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast.
