Unable to get into the store today due to having toddler company I decided to call Kawana Godfreys and ask if they could leave my intended purchase at the counter so I could minimise my time in-store.
Angela went above and beyond offering to and then bringing my buy out to the car with the eftpos machine so I could pay and drive away.
Being a busy mum with kids this meant the absolute world to me. Thank you Angela, you rock. Service like that with a smile made my day!

I went to the Kawana store with a broken part on a Wertheim 7 Series vacuum cleaner i had recently bought from another location fully expecting them to charge me for the broken part. They not only gave me advise as to how to prevent the same thing occurring (the suction is very powerful) but replaced the part at no charge. You guys just got yourselves a very loyal client. Thank you very much, John Rook, Nambour.
Once again great service from this store. They had the parts on hand and got my vacuum cleaner back the next day.
Why would you go anywhere else to buy a vacuum.

I have purchased a few vacuums over the years (one for home, business & a stick vac) and a steam mop, every time I walk away feeling very happy, the team at Kawana always go above and beyond for my needs. One item wasn’t in stock so he drove to Brisbane warehouse to retrieve it and delivered it to my door in Mooloolaba the same day!

Excellent customer service. I needed a replacement part for my vacuum which is currently out of stock at the warehouse. Tye went out of his way to source the part from a 2nd hand machine and didn’t even charge me for it. Genuinely happy and helpful staff!
Have also purchased from here in the past and always been a great experience.
My vacuum charger broke so I bought a new charger and it works fine. I then tried to return my old charger but they refused, they need the entire vacuum sent in. Pathetic. Going to do business elsewhere going forward. Customer Experience = 0/10
Where was Tom when I went to Kawana store of Godfreys. Had no satisfaction. Read some reviews and Tom got a few mentions that were favourable. Have no idea who served me but guessing it wasn't Tom. Suffice to say won't be back.
I went into the store looking for a specific brand of vacuum that I discovered is no lo get made. I am a vacuum sceptic having bought a few terrible vacuums in my time so like to stick to brands I know will be sturdy and work well over time. Tom took me through the vacuums and spent time with me until I was satisfied that the vacuum I was purchasing was going to do the job. It has been about a month and the vacuum is fantastic. Maybe even better than the original vacuum I was looking for. Thanks Tom for your patience with me while I insisted on putting the vaccums through their paces for about an hour.
I would like to say a big "Thank You" to Tom for his kindness, patience and great service when I went into the store to buy a vacuum. He took the time to show me the different options and I am so happy with my choice. Thanks Tom.more businesses should have such great Customer Service.
I do not usually write reviews but today I had an experience at Godfrey's store in Kawana waters that I feel was an absolute joke. I went into the store and explained to the man serving me that I was after a cheap light vacuum because I will be cleaning 2 houses each week and my cordless vacuum I have at home will not be suitable. So I will only be using it 2 times per week. When i asked about warranty on vacuums I was told they had
1 years warranty but I would only be covered for 3 months because I would be using it more than the average Australian which I was told was once a week. I do not have a buisness I am just cleaning these two houses for a little extra cash i explained so it will be used exactly the same as any household that purchases a vacuum cleaner. Still however I was told I would only be covered for 3 months warranty. I walked out of the store disgusted. I will not be returning. I then purchased a vacuum at big w with a 2 year warranty that has a full refund if anything goes wrong in that 2 years so I am better off. So Thanks Godfreys.

Went into this store on Sunday morning 9th December 2018 to get some bags for our Hoover.
Staff didn't acknowledge us on arrival. Several other customers enter the store after us, same again didn't acknowledge them either.
After 10+ plus minutes waiting in the store without any acknowledgement from the staff at all. We left and took our business elsewhere.

Excellent! Kawana and maroochydore godfreys has new local owners and they are extremely helpful and friendly! After endless months, close to a year, of dealing with the old management about a faulty steam mop bought for my mum as a gift, nothing progressed. However the new management and owner was extremely helpful and apologetic, she listened to the issue and fixed it on the spot but providing a new mop with warranty right then and there! I am so grateful that I finally had a pleasant experience and it is nice to know the stores are now locally owned and operated by such a friendly and knowledgeable team! Thank you for restoring my faith in godfreys! My mum has already used the new mop!:)
