Thankyou Reanne for your great customer service which is very hard to find in retail these days. Reanne tracked down a battery I was told by another store would not be available for months. She contacted the warehouse who said a shipment had arrived. Called me back and I went and paid and picked up battery a week later. I'm still waiting to hear from Robina store about order I placed 2 months ago.very slack. Reanne was bright and bubbly and an asset to your company.

Terrible customer service.gave my vacuum cleaner for repair more than a month ago, still says parts haven’t arrived. Terrible customer service service too.no place to complain about the product as the customer service person says he is the head to raise complaint.it’s better to buy a Dyson vacuum cleaner than the terrible one from the store.it really sucks!

Terrible communication. Wanted to charge me $ 50.00 to see what was wrong with my vacuum cleaner that I bought 18 month earlier.
Convenient for them to give only one year warranty. Why going to a vacuum Specialist when you can have better service and advice somewhere else.

Bought a budget carpet cleaner. The switch was a bit stiff, brought it back, the salesman pulled it apart on the spot and fixed it in front of me. That's what I call service with a capital "S"! Have no problems going back if I need anything in the future, recommended.

We sent out vaccum for repair, after 2 months and $30 charge just for checking the vaccum they say they don’t have pieces to repair.

Really they needed 2 months just to say -we can’t do it?

Had a great experience at this store. The guy that served my on Sunday afternoon at 3: 25pm sorry I don't recall his name was great. Put up with my 500 questions even carried the box to the car.

Five stars service and incredible products. Me and my husband just moved to gold coast from Sydney, we used to buy all the cleaning products online and we d love to find this place in queensland, the sales are super friendly and their advices are so helpful!

Rather than buy another $60 vacuume cleaner, I waited to buy a more effective one (we're asthmatic) & it was worth it; the customer service from Shaun; who was knowledgable & helpful without being pushy & secondly, from Mark, who also helpful, was great. I'm rapt with the one Sean helped me to select, which I've finally tried out today.it's extracted a lot of ingrained dust, sand & dirt & the deep clean has revived the carpet somewhat. Thanks, gentlemen.

Unlike some of their competitors, these guys will not try to sell you their most expensive model. They ask the right questions, listen and provide advice. Very happy with their service and my purchase!

After looking around for a few products at other places, we arrived at Godfreys and was greeted by Shaun. We weren't too sure about exactly what we needed out of a stick vacuum and carpet cleaner but Shaun was absolutely fantastic in helping us understand and make a very educated decision. Service like Shaun's is hard to come by these days so, thank you so much.

I went to Godfrey’s in Bundall today and was served by Greg. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very friendly and easy to talk to. Great customer service all round and no question was left unanswered.

I was left feeling very positive about the whole experience and will definitely go back there if I ever need anything:)

Today we were served by Marcus. He has awesome knowledge on the cleaning industry both commercial and residential. He demonstrated a tineco stick vac for me. Very happy with the product, very happy with the service and very happy with the price. Thank you for looking after me today. Will be back in once we are ready to set up the coffee trailer.
