Godfreys Bundall

Will be lodging a complaint with ACCC. We've been very patient but its been over a month since we last dropped our robot vacuum to be serviced. NOT repaired just "serviced". No updates and when we call they just tell us they can't do anything and we just have to wait. They don't even bother contacting the centre that does the service. NOT GOOD ENOUGH GODFREYS BUNDALL. This is the last time we'll be doing any transaction from you guys. Make sure to read your emails as you'll hear from ACCC.

Just wow! I took my Dyson into Godfrey’s Ballina and Stephen completely worked out the problem and I was amazed at how much stuff came out of it! It works amazingly and I am so incredibly grateful for the generosity of time, customer service, knowledge and expertise by Stephen who was able to fix it beautifully! Thanks again!

What can i say.
At 1st was a little hicup after my 2nd purchase had been made i was a little worried on but IVAN the legend went beyond his role i assume and fix everything for me. Ctedit where credit is due.

Bought a Hoover smart vacuum 2 years ago and it has been the best vacuum I have ever owned. When it started playing up I decided to purchase a new one only to find out it was still under warranty. Godfrey’s repaired my vacuum instead of me having to buy a new one. Which couldn’t have come at a better time as I just had a baby and really needed the money to go towards the new baby. The service was fast a efficient. Everyone I dealt with in Godfrey’s Bundall were happy and easy to talk to. I won’t go anywhere else to get a vacuum in the future. They really care about their customers.

WONDERFUL NEWS: Godfrey’s Bundall is ‘no longer a Franchise, ’ it is operated by ‘the Company. ’

In brief, whilst this store was being operated by the Franchisee, I’d unfortunately had a shocking experience, whereby I loathed, the thought of having to return to that outlet.

After consulting with Godfrey’s Head Office, I was pleased to be informed that ‘the Company’, being Godfrey’s’ operated the Bundall Store, and it was no longer a Franchise.

Returning to the Store, I was greeted by friendly Staff, who patiently listened to my disastrous previous experience.

The Manageress, Jeanette came to assist, assuring me that she would deal with my concerns and resolve the problem. My Vacuum was sent away for assessment, then about a week or so later, I received a telephone call from a young lady from Godfrey’s Bundall stating the outcome. After that initial phone call, I felt that I needed to reconfirm the outcome, therefore I telephoned the Bundall Store, and asked to speak with Jeanette. Jeanette reiterated exactly the same outcome.

I can sincerely state, that the Customer Service provided by Jeanette was above, and beyond any of my expectations, and I’m sure that would be said for any customer that received the same amazing outcome.

I’m now the delighted, and very proud owner of a Cordless Tineco Floor One S5 Hard Floor Cleaner. This product is incredible. It washes and vacuums hard surface flooring. Our home is fully tiled, and anyone who has tiled floors, would understand what’s entailed with the washing and drying of this flooring. You’ll never have this arduous task of cleaning your flooring again with the Tineco Floor One S5 Hard Floor Cleaner.
