Great selection of products for the home. Low to middle price range. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great range of curtains and sheers for affordable prices with great quality.

Not enough staff for service/ assistance. Walked out after an hour waiting for assistance empty handed.

Went down to the store on Boxing Day to purchase about $6,000 worth of furniture in the Boxing Day sales. Closed. In the 2 minutes I was there about 5 other people rocked up too. Unbelievable that people do business like this. Not going back.

This store refused to honour the remainder of my insurance credit which I had part-used with them. They said too much time (about 12 months) had elapsed since I initiated the first purchase! Despite me explaining that I lived 45 minutes away & rarely came to this area, they did not care. So they kept MY MONEY! (a few hundred dollars). Thieves! Will not ever shop there again. Freedom Brisbane is much better & they will deliver for same cost as from Maroochydore.

Would give higher rating if we weren't still waiting for our couch.if only the wait times were quicker!

What a wonderful experience we had today with the amazing and helpful staff. A big thank you to Lee in the sales team for being a big help and being patient with us while we shopped. A good laugh and a genuine conversation. Would highly recommend their store and cant wait for our goodies.

Terrible experience, ordered a couch in January and in June they were still unable to provide an exact date of when I would have the couch. Their supplier forgot to ship half of the couch during the original expected delivery time, perhaps they should look at new suppliers. If you want a couch quickly I wouldn't suggest shopping with Freedom.

As my dogs ate my couch I was in immediate need of a new one. As soon as I walked in I saw the one I wanted, the combination, in leather, was going to be a total of nearly $6000, well within my budget. I Saw a total of 5 staff & not one of them bothered to ask if I needed help. Now I could have gone & sought help but I wanted to see how long it would take before one of the staff asked if I needed help. A few walked by but never even acknowledged me, it seems merchandising the store is far more important than customer service. So off I went to Brisbane to Kings furniture & bought myself a lovely couch from very efficient, friendly, HELPFULL staff. I hope Freedom staff don't work on commission!

If you buy furniture from Freedom beware if something goes wrong their back and customer service is terrible NOT GOOD

Very bad customer service Freedom Maroochydore! I returned an item 2 days after purchase as it was unsuitable and was told in a very abrupt manner by the male sales person that they would take 3% off my refund as I had bought it on my Visa card. There is no mention of this in Freedom's Terms and Conditions on the back of the invoice, which I pointed out, but to no avail. I will take this to the Office of Fair Trading. Shopping at Freedom is now off my list!

From start to finish I received excellent helpful and cheerful assistance from The Manager and staff. I must say I do feel for the person who had problems with their couch but sometimes you are very unlucky which I am sure the store couldn't help. However, I have shopped at many Freedom Stores over the years and the Maroochydore one is by far the most enjoyable. Keep up the good work!
