51I am so disappointed with the service from Freedom. I ordered a sofa on the 21st July this year. Was told 15-17 weeks delivery date. I agreed to this. I have called the Maroochydore store twice and have been told another 2 weeks each time, now a month later, so now its 21-22 weeks and I seriously doubt I will see it before Christmas! I have lost all hope that the sales person I talk to is telling me the truth. In the warehouse or?
Very pleased with the shopping experience and customer service. I had a small issue with the furniture stock and delivery but the staff was able to solve it promptly and they went beyond expectations. I feel more confident now to shop with them in the future.
Meh. Low stock, surly staff. Shopped there because they had exactly what I wanted, and I'm not cutting off my nose to spite my face, but wouldn't rush back. Not brilliant quality, but to be fair what is these days. (water spilled on the buffet and it buckled)
Great store with plenty of variety of all types of furniture and housewares. Prices are good when there is a special. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Like many other disgruntled purchasers i have been waiting 5.5 months for a couch, Co-vid or not this is a totally unacceptable waiting time, considering they are so quick to take your money upfront.
Despite paying up front takes months to get products. I firmly believe Freedom need to review their sticking policy to have stock available to paying customers without ridiculous wait times. I will not be shopping there again.

Heaps of floor stock which would be great if they had any stock which you could purchase and actually take home, even the smaller cheaper things are not available. Perhaps some signs on products.
Marie was very friendly, helpful and patient. My gorgeous rug was delivered in one week. I am very happy with the whole shopping experience. Thank you.
DO NOT BUY FROM FREEDOM! 1 star is generous. They have the worst customer service and our table came damaged and they are REFUSING a refund! We don't want the table at all as it shows that for a $1000 table it is cheap and as good as the cheap furniture stores with a larger price tag! I don't leave reviews but I am absolutely disgusted with the way freedom has handled our request for a refund. I read reviews before purchasing but thought they may have been slightly over dramatic however it is true. Freedom is rubbish go spend your hard earned money at a store that will provide you with good service and quality product!
Nice funiture but discounting is all but non-existent even if you purchase several high cost items. Wait times are also high/slow and the opening hours are only slightly better than a banks.
We waited three months for a $400 pendant lamp (which we had to pay for upfront) to arrive and it never did! Freedom claims that it was a supplier error and said that if we wanted it we would have to wait a further four months for the next stock to arrive. When I asked for discounts on further shopping as compensation for this frustrating mistake they refused. As a result they will not
get our business again, which is a huge loss for them because we have a new home that we are currently furnishing
Nothing advertised available for 3-4 months Yes Months not weeks. Also would not sell floor stock. What is the point in displaying something when it is not available for so long? !

Despite the online system causing delays in our online order, the manager here was helpful enough to change our order to something we would receive ASAP. Very grateful.
I expected to be hustled in and out with the sales on today but the woman who served us was patient, willing to answer our questions and even double checked there was stock when she wasn't able to get in touch with the warehouse. Big thank you to Lisa for taking the stress out of shopping!
Not enough staff for service/ assistance.
Walked out empty handed after more than hour waiting for assistance which never came.
Hopeless. Didn't matter what we wanted they 'didn't have it in stock'. Waited 3 weeks for chairs, then the table was stuck on the dock waiting for customs. Ridiculous. Staff pretty rude. Won't be going back in a hurry.
Friendly helpful staff and now not one way traffic around the store like IKEA. You can now have a good look without thinking your on a trek.
The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly apart from this skinny blonde girl that has been rude to me a couple of times while I have shopped there. Very unpleasant.
Very pleased with my experience recently at Freedom. The helpful staff were so accommodating and friendly. It took a long time to narrow down exactly what I wanted and I am so pleased I didn’t rush my choice.
