Shoes have become poor in quality. I had a pair of wedges in which the glue on strap had come apart. I could not find the receipt and as I bought from a stockist Frankie4 would not do anything about it. Ended up having to pay $50 to have the shoes repaired. I would never buy from this company again. The quality is absolutely appalling.

Wonderful wonderful communication with Taneika; I have lots and lots of ankle problems and now feel secure in buying a pair of Frankie4s.loved reading the reviews too, which is another plus, and the return policy gets top marks too. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Not only do I find these shoes to be the most comfortable Ive ever had the pleasure of wearing it is always an absolute delight dealing with staff both instore or online. They are super friendly and always prompt.

Not impressed I have 3 pairs of Frankies and the quality is becoming shocking.
I have a pair of Maria slides which I have barely worn and the glue on the two straps has come away.
I emailed Frankie4 and they told me I’d need to take them to a boot repair place (and pay for them to be repaired). I will not be buying any more Frankies.

Amazing service. My Frankie4 Size 12 Jazz boots are so comfortable and have been worn to death. Should really have put in the thicker half soles when I purchased the shoes as they were a bit roomy. Alas I had throw out the box with the spare "bits" but no problem. Contacted head office and got amazing service with a set of half soles on their way. Fantastic service. Highly recommend these shoes.

Literally never have stock, uncomfortable and overpriced.

First time I visited the store for sneakers. They seemed okay in the store but after wearing them for about 15 mins around my house the stiff tongue was digging into my ankle. Took them back to the store to exchange for a different style. Every shoe in the colour and size I needed was sold out. I was then convinced by the sales staff to buy a half size smaller. Made the mistake of listening to them and bought the shoes. They were of course too small and offered zero arch support. There is also not enough room in the shoe for orthotics despite this being a major selling point. I then returned the shoes for a refund.

I have just been to the store again for some heels hoping to have better luck. Tried on a pair and they were the most uncomfortable shoes I have worn. There is no way these are "podiatrist designed". I decided to try some different styles but of course there was nothing in my size! No effort made to order any in either. Extremely disappointing especially considering the exorbitant price of these shoes that don't even provide the support and comfort they're supposed to.

Bought the Ellie shoe and loved the style and comfort so much that I subsequently bought the shoe in two other colours. Big mistake, because six months later the soles on the shoes had worn out and you cannot get them repaired. Complained in store, they were not interested. I was told that it must be the way I was walking! Complained via their website, and again got absolutely nowhere.
Save your money. Cannot fault the comfort but the durability is as abysmal as their customer service.

At no time was I ever offered a replacement pair of shoes. I have retained all of the numerous emails, and no mention is made of this. I even alerted you to the fact, with a website link, that someone else had complained about the soles wearing out on the Ellie shoe. Quite frankly I am so disgusted at the handling of my genuine complaint that I want nothing more to do with your company. You have lost a good customer because I will never ever buy from you again.

I have a very good experience that I would like to share with you all. I have received my shoe within 2 days (Wow!) I choose LAURA Black from the website and this shoe is extremely comfortable and supportive. Excellent design and perfect size. Loads of options to choose from and very good price comparing the high quality.

I went in with a list of shoes I wanted to try on and the staff member who helped me was amazing. She checked every fit, talked to me about different options for my particular needs, and was very patient as I asked to try on another and yet another style of shoe. I left with a list of shoes that work for me and will be definitely be going back to purchase some in the near future.

I bought a new pair of Nats and within a couple of months the sole had started to perish. I sent photos to F4 and the returned them to the stockist. Thankfully the store arranged a replacement. Frankie 4 claimed I must have got a faulty pair. The same thing is happening to the new ones. After reading a lot of reviews I can see that this is becoming very common. The person I spoke to on The phone seemed bothered by my feedback. Don't waste your money or be prepared to pester them

Surprised by some of the negative reviews, obviously horses for courses. I think I have the world's most troublesome feet and for me these have been the find of a lifetime; the most wearable shoes I have ever found.
