I bought a pair shoes yesterday and never got any receipt even tho the lady that served keep saying send the receipt trough my email that I have already double check to make sure the right email address oh well

Worst customer service every. Be sure to arrive in your expensive car and look the part and then perhaps you will get someone to acknowledge that you have entered the store.

Good range of footwear. Lovely display of shoes. They even have a coffee shop with tables and chairs both indoor and outdoor. There’s a lot of parking for you.

Frankie4 is really one of the greats. The price is a little steep but the quality is so fantastic. I've had many pairs of shoes that have lasted years and years. They are comy and remain comfy throughout their life. The warehouse sales are a great opportunity to get some nice shoes for a slightly better price! The team also treat customers with care and are really helpful.

Very helpful through the whole process. When I made a mistake returning two pairs of shoes (with one label) it was cancelled and then was given instructions how to reply for two returns of shoes getting two labels. As someone with clown feet, shoe shopping is generally not easy or fun.except for today at Frankie4's store-wide sale. What a wonderfully organised and run event. A massive thank you to Bec who went above and beyond in helping me find the right pairs, and had the patience of a saint. There's a lot to be said for shoes that feel comfortable, look stylish and literally go the distance - it's time to retire my Polly sneakers from circa 2018, they have well and truly gone the distance, I look forward to my new Nats doing similar.

Love their shoes! I’m on my feet all the time and never feel the need to kick my shoes off at the end of the day. Their service is also amazing. They rectified a situation so quickly and had my shoes in my hand the next day!

Inadvertently missed the deadline of the weekend sale, (didn't realise it was for Sat & Sunday only). Rang to find out why I wasn't able to order for this, and my error was very politely highlighted by a delightful Customer Service person by the name of Maddy. Maddy assisted me in rectifying my mistake, and also provided amazingly friendly and prompt follow-up assistance and order confirmation. I love Frankie4 shoes due to their comfort and perfect fit (I'm a size 11, narrow - very hard to find shoes that fit properly.) To experience such outstanding customer service on top of this has elevated the brand into the rarefied atmosphere of all-round distinctive excellence. Thank you Maddy!:)
